Works well and tastes good
I have to admit I didn’t believe it when I first saw this product but after a bout with mastitis (3 feverish days and 10 days of antibiotics), I decided it was time to wean the baby onto formula. I had been breastfeeding and pumping for 3 months (producing 24 oz a day) when I started drinking the tea. I gradually cut down the number of feedings by adding 2 hrs between each feed/pump session. I would drink the tea every morning and night (each bag makes 2 cups). I am now down to one pump session and it was not difficult or painful. The tea really works. I noticed when I missed a couple of days my milk supply started to go up. I am almost done with my second bag and look forward to no more pumping or breastfeeding! The taste of the tea is slightly sweet (you can barely taste it). And a nice pink color. I learned not to let it steep for more than 5 minutes or I noticed it developed a bitter flavor. Truthfully I wouldn’t have cared too much about taste if it worked to help stop my milk. It is a good product - does help to stop milk flow and the taste is nice. I drank it both warm and iced. Both taste good!

Worked within 2 days
This worked immediately and no longer producing after 2 days of use. I also used cabbage that helped with the pain. I lost my baby at 30 weeks and recommend if you do not need to breastfeed. It tastes really good and will continue to drink.

IT WORKS!
I’m surprised to say this tea actually works! I’m a major oversupplier and have been working with an IBCLC to help lower my supply (I produce 65–71 ounces a day). She recommended peppermint and sage—and what better way to take those than by drinking a tea that literally has both? So that’s exactly what I did, and it worked almost immediately. I went from 13-14 ounces for my early morning pump session to 8-9 ounces!! One thing to note: don’t do too much “stimulation.” If you’re trying to wean or lower your supply, it’s best not to over-pump. Otherwise, you’re not going to make any progress. As for the reviews that say this tea tastes nasty—a good amount of honey makes it perfectly drinkable. But if you’re not a tea drinker or don’t usually like tea, don’t even bother. This isn’t your Starbucks “cupcake” coffee—you’re literally drinking an herb, not a brown sugar shaken espresso.

Definitely works - don’t let taste reviews scare you off!
Used to help stop lactation after 15 months of breastfeeding. This no-flow tea certainly does what it’s supposed to. My advice is not to let all the reviews that negatively portray the flavor steer you away! If you’re a person who likes floral tea or peppermint, you’re actually likely to enjoy the flavor! It’s heavy on the hibiscus notes, and the peppermint is good too. And, if you accidentally leave it steeping a little too long, the peppermint is a fantastic natural sweetener. As someone who enjoys rose teas without any additives at all, this was a *very* pleasant flavor for me. I’ve have seen reviews where people insist they could taste the licorice - I myself don’t like licorice and I couldn’t taste it at all, but maybe they’ve adjusted the herb and flower measurements since then. While this is a little expensive, each tea bag *will* give you the two cups it advertises if you remove the bag after steeping, and I needed less than one full bag to help stop my flow. And frankly, I forgot to use several of the tea bags twice, lol. All in all, I personally would give this about a 4.5/5 for effectiveness, a 3.5/5 for affordability, and 5/5 for flavor - though that, of course, is based on individual preference.

Wasn’t super helpful for me
I tried this tea in two scenarios. I used it initially to try and reduce my milk while still nursing, I thought maybe with less milk my 2 year old would be less inclined to nurse so much. It didn’t work great for that because he just sucked harder and made my nipples hurt quite a bit. So it would seem my milk decreased, but not enough to get him to lose interest! I tried the tea again a while later when I successfully weaned him, but was having some serious engorgement discomfort. But even in large quantities with multiple tea bags and drinking it several times a day, I was still painfully engorged. I noticed it made me feel really thirsty and dehydrated, so it was definitely doing something, but unfortunately it wasn’t helpful in reducing the discomfort. This may work very well for others though, so I do feel it’s worth a try, it just didn’t work as I had hoped for my physiology. The taste is pleasant 😊

Wow - actual relief
I was desparate to dry up my supply after non stop, seemingly incurable mastitis. I was in extreme pain for 5 weeks, saw 3 separate doctors who all basically were like "we feel real bad for you but there is nothing else we can do. why not wear a tight bra." Anyone with mastitis knows that this is possibly the most cringe worthy advice. How is it that we have electric cars, computers for phones, brain surgeons and send rockets into space but no one can figure out how to make a lactating mom's boobs stop hurting? I swear if mastitis could infect testicles there would be 587 different types of medicines and interventions to resolve the issue. But thats not the world we live in. Thank God for this tea and pink stork!! I decided I could not take any more recurring mastitis and started gulping this tea down. Within one day I had a reduction of excruciating engorgement and plugged ducts. I am one week in at 2 cups a day and barely lactating. FYI, this is my 4th child. I nursed all my kids so I am completely aware of the realities of newborn nursing or pain related to what I call the 4th trimester - the first 3 months after birth. I also am a super producer - I could pump 5-7 ounces on each side every. single. time. No matter where you are in your lactating journey, this tea will save your life and sanity if you're ready to stop. Don't be like me and wait 5 freaking weeks for some magic pill. Buy the tea and breathe a sigh of relief. PS I love the flavor!

It does work!!!
This tea does work amazing! My little one never latched on so I relied only in pumping. Was also afraid that will not have enough milk so I pumped every 2 1/1 hrs for 20min for the first 3 months (even at night.) Well, then I went back to work and my life was horrible with overproduction and not enough sleep. The best I was able to do was to push my pumping at work to 3 1/2 hrs... Now, we are at month 6 and there is no room in my freezer full of milk and my boy is starting solids. I have at least 3 months supply so I want to slowly stop without medicine. I was told to just stop and nature will no its thing... But how do you Just stop when you produce about 5oz every 3-4hrs. My breasts were a disaster.. so I started pumping again to relieve the pain. So, I did a little research and stumbled on this product. Read the reviews and decided to give it a go. IT DOES WORK!!! No, not without any pain but much more bearable, I felt the difference on the 3rd day. I was able to go 4- 4 1/2 hrs while drinking 4 cups a day, using each bag twice. By the 6th day I was able to go for 5-6 hours without pumping. I purchased a second container and halfway through it, and I was able to pump only 3 times a day. Today, I'm almost finished with the second one and I'm going to order third one, I pump twice a day. I hope that by the time I'm done with the third container, maybe a fourth one, I will be done with pumping too. Don't misunderstand me, I still suffer engorgement and discomfort but not pain. Another key to successfully stopping breast milk production is to cut down on pumping/breast feeding time. To those who wonder whether they should get it or not, go for it, you can't go wrong. As for taste, I put milk in it and it tastes pretty good. I tried it playing and I didn't like it.

Best and Safest way to wean! BUY THIS!
I was supplementing formula with my breast milk which was low flow for months and decided to wean. I used to pump 8-10x a day and only saw up to 20 oz a day, get this TEA if you need a solution to weaning asap. 1) Taste: I added honey on some days and other times didn’t and really liked the taste of the sage tea, but I am a fan of tea. I drank per direction 3x a day before breakfast, lunch and dinner! 2) Effectiveness: I started to eliminate a pump per day and completely weaned in 8 days, I would also recommend if pumping, to shorten sessions. My 30 min became 25, 20 to 15 and 10 by the 8th day. Besides drinking this tea and pumping less, I didn’t anything else to wean. 3) Side effects: I noticed one day where I had major stomach discomfort but also happened to not eat enough so could have been a fluke. Nothing else to note. 4) Feeding: I gave my baby the breast milk I was pumping while drinking the tea and it had no effect on her whatsoever 5) Price: absolutely worth it to not have to think about the stress of BF
