Highly recommended!!! If you’ve got kids and want to teach them geography and a little bit of astronomy, this moon model is a great gift. At 3.5 inch diameter, it matches the 13 inch earth globe perfectly and proportionally. Trivia: to give it a earth to moon distance at scale, place this model of the moon about 35 feet from the earth globe, it’ll give you an idea how far the moon is from earth.

We bought this for our 10 yr old grandson’s birthday. He loved it! His mom even thought it was pretty cool. After seeing it in person, my husband now wants one. He’ll be getting one soon. I just ordered another one. At first it didn’t look like much when taken out of the box. After plugging it in it became very clear that this was an awesome gift! It has different color options of blue, gray, yellow and white. Each one is almost like looking at the real moon. You can also move it around to show different areas on the moon. It shows the craters and different features you actually see when looking at the moon. It has a very simple yet sturdy wooden base that’s easy to assemble and looks great alongside the sphere that sits on it. We will definitely enjoy this light. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great conversation piece in their home or for a child, or teen of any age. We’re in our 50’s and find it amazing and worth every penny.

I waited to buy this product for so long because I thought that it was too low of a price to be good quality. But this is SUCH a good quality lamp, and I am so glad that I finally pulled the trigger! It has also been months since I got it, and still as good as new. It’s genuinely just so beautiful and calming to look at. My roommates are jealous and asked me where I got it!! LOVE IT, great price, easy to control, good charge (and I mean a full night’s worth of charge off of the cord!), both shades are beautiful and look wonderful in my bedroom!!

We've had this 4.7 in. Moon Light since December 2nd, 2017. The white moon light setting - in comparison to the light setting with the gorgeous orange/brown glow, which we have no issue adjusting the brightness - starts to flicker when put on the brightest setting, after daily (almost constant) use, with our 6-year old son dropping it every now and then in his bedroom (thankfully, the flooring is carpet). It's slightly annoying that the super tiny, silver dot of a button is right next to the small, circular charging slot, which tends to slip off when not adjusted correctly. When it's charging there is a blue hue coming from the back that at least lets us know it's actually charging. We have it charge even while the light is on, and it surprisingly works and stays on all night long. Anyway, our son loves having a beautifully accurate design of the moon in his bedroom and how it lights up the room just right. This light is not meant to brighten up enough to say, read a book with the moon at your night table - just a night light. We hope to have this light functional for the rest of the year and will update at its one-year anniversary to show if it still works or not. I would have given this night light 3 stars if it wasn't for the fact that our son loves how it brightens up next to his Earth globe on top of his drawer, with a face of awe every single night when he looks at it.

It's a nice bedside light when you want a bit of mood ... the moon is authentic looking, hand holds it fine. Pushing the button on bottom turns it on to white light, push again for warmer light, and once more turns it off. Has to be charged with included USB charger. Gave it as a gift. Only beef is that the card that came with it was supposed to say "Love You to the Moon and Back" (valentine's gift) and instead it said something about Rain ... but not a biggie, we had a laugh about it. Great gift for teens probably, though I'm far, far from that age and I like it, got one for myself as well. Also any new age or astronomy buff friends would probably love. This is a real review for products I paid for ... let's keep it real and thank you for doing the same :) Oh, there are other similar products with different holders than hands, and different prices, but this arrived quickly and in good shape, so a good seller.

Love this whimsical little light. It’s just as cute as pictured on the ad. I opted for the 3.5 in, but even at that size it makes a big statement. It has two color options, both white variations.

The light is cool but doesn’t last 6 hours on a charge. At the best 3. Which is alright but the charging cord is so short you can’t leave it on your nightstand charging.

My son loves it. Getting the plug in correctly took a while. HINT: It doesn’t go all the way in, so don’t force it. It turns blue when it’s charging. The adjustable lighting levels are great and I like that you can choose a bright white or a soft white. I would recommend this product.

I was apprehensive that this would end up being another junky type product that is a crap shoot when ordering. But with a good return policy, I thought I didn't have much to lose. I ordered the largest one but this isn't exactly "huge" by any means. It is still large enough to make a dramatic presence once it's lit up though. It instantly feels calming and serene, just like when you stare at the real thing. And the replication is quite outstanding. The craters and mares are copied from the actual surface of the moon, so everything is in the right place and in the correct size when scaled down to a 7 inch moon. When it isn't lit up, it looks like a lumpy white plastic ball but that doesn't bother me much. I could illuminate it if I wanted to even during the day just to bring the craters to life, but I want to save the battery life for when I have it on in a dark room. So far, I've found the battery life to be as advertised by the seller. I've left mine on all night at a really dim setting and it's still lit by the time I wake up in the morning. It's a great accent light for a room and I'm pleased with what I got.
