It takes a bit of getting used to. It looks beautiful but is a bit noisy and difficult to get used to. The toothpaste falls off and it feels strange initially. Also no instructions on how to use it or change the settings. I emailed Brushboo but no reply to date. I thought about returning it but after a week I have got used to it and feel it cleans my teeth well. If you keep pressing the on off button it seems to move onto the next setting. It also pauses for a second after each 30 seconds.

I'm glad to be supporting a more sustainable solution for brushing my teeth than using conventional plastic toothbrush heads. Brushboo is a good choice for this. Obviously, the main/actual battery part is still plastic (it has to be to protect the electronics from water), but the toothbrush heads are apparently made from bamboo.My review would have been five stars, and this is the reason for the "but..." in my headline, but the bristles of the heads are a bit too soft for my preferences and I can't find any alternative choices except the medium hardness bristles that Brushboo offer. So, Brushboo state that three heads are enough for a year's brushing, but that's not turning out to be the case, not in my dental healthcare world!

I purchased this item and at first was please. But within less than 12 months the toothbrush wouldn't charge. I contacted the seller and they said they would replace. Replacement never received and now nothing further from them, not answering my emails. I have now wasted my money. This is the second so called bamboo eco toothbrush I have purchased trying to reduce plastic waste and both have stopped charging in less than 12 months. I'm going back to braun, that one lasted me 10 yrs!!!

Love the ethos and aesthetic of this product but sadly didn’t last much beyond expiry of warranty.

Really happy to find a plastic free sonic toothbrush. It works brilliantly. My only issue is that it comes without instructions in English, so I’m not sure how to change between modes and have only managed to do so by mistake. Otherwise it’s perfect and the fact that it’s recyclable gives me a happy 😬.

The brush is fine but the shafts keep breaking

This product exceeds expectations! out performs my other electric toothbrush, this brush has many options and leave your teeth amazingly clean and smooth!I would highly recommend this toothbrush!
