Giving me results
This stuff is unbelievable. Background: I used to leave for work in the morning without breakfast ona daily basis, had my first black coffee after reaching work, a fast food lunch (subway, sausage rolls, fried chicken or anything greasy etc) at 1:00, about 3 more black coffee and biscuits (rest of the day) and then a take away at night. My average weight at 5'10" was 112KG. -Decided to lose weight and improve my diet so started exrecise, did research on the internet and bought 100ยฃ worth of suplements (Diet whey, Lcarnitine, CLA, Lglutamine, BCAAs etc all fat busters). Often missed the tablets which had to take at different times of the day and then lost interest. Joined Weight Watchers but was never confident with them as they just talked about points and not about the daily intake % of carbs, proteins and fats. Lost a little but was very difficult to stay under my points. I also found it too slow for losing weight. To be honest, I had cravings and often ended up ordering a takeaway. Home cooked healthy food didnt work as lack of time after work (laziness to be honest) didn't really allow me and if I cooked large amounts, it meant having the same stuff for days until it went bad. Was too much of a hassle plus making sure it was a well balanced diet was a headache. Started running (HIT setting) at the gym treadmill after work for 40 minute durations which brought me down to 106KG but my weight got stuck there due to lack of discipline for what I was eating. After the gym, I was too lazy to shop or prepare something and neeed food right away so would often end up with a takeaway etc. -Got this 1 week ago. I was 106kg then. Started having a shake (2 scoops) in the morning at 8:30 and afternoon at 1:30. I also took two capsules of 'Sci MX Pyro MX Leanburn' half an hour before each shake. After-work gym (on alternate days) at 6:30 and a normal but healthy dinner at home. I started feeling hungry 4 hrs after the shake (I smoke like a chimney which makes me very hungry) but ignoreed it by keeping myself busy, drinking water or lemon green tea (Stopped the black coffees completely now). Since gym is in the evening I am absolutely starving before exercise time so now have an oat bar and water before. - Results: Have increased my running HIT time to 1.5 hours and I can still continue. My weight today is 102KG from 106KG when I started this a week ago and I've had a mcdonalds double cheese once in the middle :). I love the taste!. Went for strawberry which is more like melted mcdonalds strawberry shake or melted icecream. Use a shaker with a spiral ball (a forcefull 30 second shaking) to get it whipped and filled with tiny bubbles. The only thing that is keeping me consistent and well discilplined is it's giving me results and no hassle of cooking well-balanced healthy food. Drawbacks- Last 3 days were a bit tough as I was hungry with stomach growls every 4 hours of the shake. So might change my intake times. Breakfast shake (8:30), normal but healthy lunch (1:30), evening shake before gym workout (6:30). No dinner. Any tummy growls will either be ignored or be quietened up with a fruit or lots of water/green tea. It did start making me fart and I mean big, long, loud ones but they have gone away now. Have had clear pee throughout the week and am feeling very good too. Am already looking into ordering another 2KG tub. Will update my weight results in a few more days.

Start of a new chapter in the fight against the weight
After struggling with my weight for a while now, and always hovering around the same weigh in result I honestly looked at something to help kick start a new epoch in the fight against the figure my scales were showing. I read numerous reviews and literature around a number of products and settled on trying Diet Fuel, of which I have been using throughout one week as of today (Wednesday 8th Feb 2017). Taste wise, its close to Angel Delight (I mix with water as directed not milk as I find milk causes a lot of air to get captured in it during the shaking up process) so that's all good for me. I haven't found it sickly or too sweet and out of all flavours this is still by far the one I always come back to. For the first couple of days I did feel mildly hungry but just kept focused and waited for the meal at dinner time (I only replaced two of the three meals), however the product is both filling and due to portion size the stomach will no doubt shrink back to normal size over time. At the end of week one, I have reached a state whereby with the shakes I don't have any real hunger pains at any time, just a full feeling. I however stick to routine to give the body consistency. Some reviews talk of toilet issues, I have not found this at all. Over time I do note that I do not go as much anymore, not through constipation but more through the fact that the body is better balancing what its receiving and not having to get rid of so much crap literally. All in all, I am very please with the product and in one week (measured this morning), I have dropped 4.5lb with no change in activity levels. I will eventually plateau and then have to supplement with further exercise but for week one of changing lifestyle, this product seems to have given me a major boost and if I can maintain, the losses over a month can be substantial. The feeling of being full is also helping me make better choices of portion sizes for the evening meal, so even when I drop down to one shake a day, I feel I will better maintain that as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Its okay, measurements are wrong
Maybe in the past they used a different scoop? But It says 2 scoop = 54g. I weighed it, and 1 scoop = about 30g OR 35g heaped, so 2 scoops is around 60~70g. but 1 scoop = 50ml of liquid, so I think thats what caused the confusion? Maybe they assumed 1ml=1g? This is true for converting water, but the powder probably has a different density than water, so it doesnโt convert correctly? Idk I CBA to measure each time, so I just do 1.5 scoops and hope for the best, or 1 heaped scoop and call it quits lol This doesnโt taste great with milk. I tried semi-skimmed, full milk, and soy milk. Soy milk was okay, but something about mixing this with milk seems to highlight the โartificialโ flavour? IMO this tastes best with just water, and tastes best when its ice cold. I mix it using a milk frother and it blends and foams well (in both water and milk), but its a lot better if you add the powder slowly and blend as you go It still gets plenty thick with just water, but obviously gets even thicker in milk. Id say mixing with water = a milkshake. Mixing with milk = a thick shake. I donโt think this is the worlds best strawberry flavour, but its not the worst and I do enjoy it :)

Tastes great, hold off hunger all day
I've been buying these for 6 months now for a protein boost alongside a GLP1. I only have Strawberry and Vanilla and both taste great. Even better is the fact that they can be mixed with water and the taste remains excellent. I use a cheap blender from Amazon and it mixes perfectly, no graininess. Very filling, if I have a 400ml shake made with 1.5 to 2 scoops in the morning I'm good for the day in terms of hunger. Even better, slip some ice in the blender with the mix and it makes a great thick shake.

Amazing - was skeptical at first about taste but boy am I glad I ordered!
The delivery came nice and prompt after ordering close of business monday evening and arrived 2 days later (one really due to the time ordered on monday). First I shall start on my only real negative point on this great product and it was regarding the packaging of the powder....the 1KG of powder comes in a huge 2kg tub and despite the weight being correct I feel this is a great waste of materials packaging it in such a big tub, its only half full and could do being the exact size of the powder or a little more to save space. Positives :- 1. Came within a working day as expected with no issues. 2. Tastes great, I just use water and to be honest the taste is great and on par with melted ice cream or a certain fast food giants milkshake! I feel it would be a bit sickening and adding pointless calories/fat making it up with milk, and as it tastes so good with water see no need to. 3. After 2 days of use I can already feel the difference, It keeps me full 6+ hours at a time and has given me that spark of extra energy too, I feel like doing thing much more than before. It is also easy to drink and satisfy's your hunger without feeling bloated. Think of it as feeling like eating a nice meal. 4. The price compared to others such as herbalife is wonderful, I feel better even this early than I did on herbalife and at more than half the cost! Im currently taking this first thing in the morning as breakfast, then about 2pm as lunch, and having a healthy evening meal such as chicken with lots of greens and brown wholegrain rice. Go for it, give yourself a kick to lose some weight this year, and make sure you do some light exersize combined with a nice healthy meal to see best effects.

Strawberry great, vanilla not
Great! Strawberry has a nice soft flavour. Sweet but not too sweet. Doesn't clump at all! No blood sugar spikes. The only thing is, I would prefer it without sucralose - any other sweetener is better. Sucralose is not great for the digestive system. Causes bloating. With this in mind, I couldn't use more than one of these shakes in a day. Vanilla UPDATE: Apparently I can't write reviews for different orders/flavours so I unfortunately have to drop it one star for the vanilla flavour. It's really foamy when shook and I don't enjoy that at all. It also comes out a lot thicker in consistency. It's really difficult to drink. Also it's not really a vanilla flavour, it just tastes like milk. So I won't order vanilla again and will stick with the strawberry.

OH WOW!!
I have been on a low calorie diet for 8 months (1000 calories per day) and have lost 2 stone doing this but weight loss went down to a pound a week. I found this by accident, read the reviews and thought I would give it a go. It states to use two heaped measures and 300ml of water, I first tried 1 scoop with 200ml (after reading other reviews on how thick it got) and even this was still to thick for me. I now use one level scoop with 300ml (this is equivalent to 100 calories) and it is perfect. I make it up, leave in the fridge for half hour and then add 3 ice cubes and drink it through a straw. It is like a nesquik shake. It mixes well, no grainy feeling in the mouth. I got the strawberry as comments on the chocolate was not good!! I have one for breakfast and one for lunch and have a meal in the evening. It does keep the tummy feeling satisfied between meals but if I do get the urge to eat I drink tea or eat carrots which helps. I have been using this for 11 days, and on Saturday's I give myself a day off. I have already lost 7lbs and couldn't be happier. I feel great, no side affects and my energy levels are up even though I am still only doing 1000 calories per day. If your looking for a boost in weight loss I highly recommend this product (now my mum is going to try it). Once you have lost the weight this will also help you maintain it. Good luck, stick with it and you will see the results :)

Filling and tasty
Probably one of the best tasting and filling shakes I have had ! Smooth, no lumps or bits, not an overpowering flavour, just right. I found it filling and virtually doubles in volume when mixed in a blender/ bullet mixer. If I am very hungry I do add 2 raw eggs and a small banana, this really makes it thick (canโt taste the eggs). Really impressed will definitely buy again
