I believe so. Even if it does (it’s been a while since I used it) it has very little smell. It does the job tho, would recommend

One to two pumps onto dry hands, apply to face and massage it in. Wash it off with water (never too hot on your face). Then use a regular face wash to get rid off any leftover make up/dirt etc. I then use a face toner before applying essence, serums, eye cream and face cream.

mineral oil, ricebran oil, SORBETH-30 TETRAOLEATE,CYCLOMETHICONE, olive oil, orange oil, sesami oil, sunflower oil, shear butter, tocopherol, hohoba seed oil, mdademia nut oil, BHT, glycerin, TRILAURETH-4 PHOSPHATE, water, Phenoxyethanol. Capitals are teh one I had to copy and paste. This product is for deep make up cleaner. You need to get it on DRY hand, no water splushed face, and massage in, then rince with warm water. Oil will come off 90% after water rinse but then wash face with facial wash. I use this when I have sun cream and foundation, eye shadows etc. Japanese alwasys wash face with make up remover like this product or DHC / ORBIS oil, plus normal facial wash in evening.
