Value for money
This is an awesome 4TB SSD that I use for storing my media. music , movies, books and all extras that would take up too much space on the inbuilt SSD of my MacBook Pro I have had no issues with this at all. The speed it gives for read and write is more than enough for my use. I don't need a super fast SSD and for playing movies and music off it, there are absolutely no issues

Disque d'excellente qualité avec un stockage généreux !
Placé dans un boîtier externe en USB-C prévu pour les disques NVMe, il me permet d'avoir mes programmes et fichiers (montage vidéo, musique par ordinateur, photos, etc.) à portée de main et sans souffrir d'un accès lent (ce que je reproche aux disques durs externes mécaniques). Ici, la copie est rapide et la lecture tout autant. Je n'ai pas fait de test d'écriture mais ses performances conviennent très bien à mon utilisation. Au niveau des températures, il reste très stable : 45°C malgré une copie intensive de photos pour un total de presque 1 To. Que ça soit dans un ordinateur ou dans un boîtier, ce sont d'excellents disques !

Funcionando de momento
hago esta review a 1hr de haber recibido e instalado ambos discos, compre 2 de 4TB y ya los instale en mi laptop asus rog strix scar, de momento funcionando bien los 4TB en ambos slots.. no hay mucho que comentar sobre eso, pero estare actualizando la review en caso de tener algun desperfecto.. que esperemos no sea el caso ya que me costaron un duro los 2 como dañarse en el corto tiempo!

SSD keeps disconnecting from my system.
The speed of this 4TB SSD is ok, but already during transfer of data from my Mac Studio HD to this SSD, the drive simply disconnects after a few minutes. Also mounting the SSD drive takes minutes, while another SSD (SAMSUNG 870) connects in seconds. I returned the SSD after a few days, was not able to get it working properly. No Crucial SSD's for me anymore!

Wer hauptsächlich Daten lesen muss bekommt was er braucht
Wird genutzt am Mac Studio Max und wurde mit APFS formatiert. Ich habe die Crucial P3 4TB in einem OWC Envoy Express Thunderbolt Gehäuse verbaut um darauf meine Samplelibraries zu speichern. Das bedeutet, es wird hauptsächlich gelesen. Und genau dafür ist sie super. Schreiben geht bis ungefähr 500 GB sehr zügig, danach verlangsamt sie sich immer mehr, bis sie irgendwann nur noch etwa 100MBs schreibt. Das letzte TB hat halt gedauert, aber ist ok, das wusste ich vorher. Ich habe etwa 3,7TB darauf kopiert (ca. 4 - 4,5 Stunden), und wenn ich heute neue Daten speichere, dann geht das wieder sehr schnell (habe ich testweise gemacht). Sie ist jetzt voll und die Lesegeschwindigkeit ist hervorragend. Zur Temperatur: In dem OWC Gehäuse stieg die Temperatur nur Anfangs mal auf etwa 48 Grad, da wurde noch sehr schnell geschrieben, danach fiel sie auf etwa 35 Grad und wurde nicht mehr wärmer. Also auch hier passt es. Auch der Energieverbrauch ist erfreulich niedrig. Für meine Zwecke ist sie bestens geeignet. Wer dauerhaft und permanent Daten schreiben muss sollte eher auf ein anderes Modell ausweichen, welches hohe Schreibgeschwindigkeiten länger aufrecht halten kann. Es gibt halt keinen DRAM Cache und es ist eine QLC, das muss man sich ins Gedächtnis rufen. Also für längere Videoaufnahmesessions würde ich sie nicht nehmen. Das Laden von Samples (VSL, OPUS, SINE) geht jetzt um ein vielfaches schneller als vorher. Da ich noch einige Daten auf SATA SSDs habe, die auch auf einen schnelleren Speicher wandern sollen, werde ich dieses Modell vermutlich wieder kaufen, in der gleichen Kombination mit dem OWC Gehäuse. Preis- Leistung ist daher für mich sehr gut.
