I bought these Draper Redline 300mm Hacksaw Blades for some light metal cutting around the house, and they’ve worked perfectly. They fit my standard hacksaw frame easily and feel sturdy when tightened. The blades cut smoothly through mild steel and aluminum without bending or snagging. For the price, the quality is excellent -definitely much better than cheaper no-name brands I’ve tried before. Pros: Sharp and durable for everyday use Fits standard 300mm hacksaws Great value for a 5-pack Cons: Not ideal for cutting very hard or stainless steel - they’ll wear faster Overall, these are solid, reliable hacksaw blades that get the job done for DIY and workshop projects. At this price, you really can’t go wrong. I’ll definitely be buying another pack when I run out!

Associate Draper with long history of supplying tools. Unfortunately when I tried these blades I found that they do not cut smoothly, instead the teeth persistently catch on item cutting. Used to cut 1mm thick mild steel plate for welding. Tried swapping direction of blade on saw but made no difference. Really disappointed.
