Q: Did anyone have a problem with the fraying at all?

It does fray at the ends a little after cutting. I used this for cable deck wiring so when feeding through holes I put a piece of tape on the end while feeding it. Besides this no signs of fraying yet after 2 months.

Q: This is not 316 stainless, as it is rusting less than a year after I installed it. What do I need to do to get a refund of the full purchase price?

You have to use T316 (marine grade).

Q: Any rust after installed ?

No rust, it won’t, it’s been 2 years I installed and look like new. Used in different jobs (I’m a handyman) and planning on a new Job. Clients are very happy after job done. Great product.
