What they don't tell you...
I'm based in the UK and this did not fit in between the toilet seat and bowl. It caused the seat to shift to one side and actually ended up ruining it. It's not seamless at all as they say. What they don't tell you is that to fix this issue you have to buy their specialized LUXE Bidet Luxe Toilet Seat for £100.... which is a complete joke. If they made that clear from the start it would have saved me ruining my toilet.

Warnings for UK use
The supplied hose cannot reach to cistern inlet on right hand side. The T adaptor will not fit standard UK 1/2" cistern inlet. The recommended lowest water pressure is 30 PSI. For a gravity fed upstairs loo its only about 3-4 PSI.

A his and her point of view review. After my wife tore her bicep muscle in a fall in the chicken coop and had to have it surgically repaired, I did what any good husband would do and offered to help keep her clean. And like any independent person, this did not appeal to her. We had some experience with a bidet attachment from her mother’s house. She had a very expensive heated seat with a blow dryer unit and lots of other bells and whistles. Well, if you have an extra $900 or so laying around and can also afford an electrician to wire your toilet up then go for it. But my wife is an excellent shopper and she came across this unit. I had my doubts because of the low price point. I was and still am, close to a year later, very pleasantly surprised. I read all of the product reviews at the time, especially the ones where installation tips and tricks were pointed out. This review will be no different as I am pretty good around tools, though you need very few to install this unit. Installation is a breeze. If you can change a toilet seat, and change a water line on the back of the toilet, then you have what it takes to accomplish this job in about 15 -20 minutes. As others recommended certain upgrades, I will do the same. First off, I purchased the metal tank adaptor /shutoff valve, found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FPYIK6M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 While the adaptor may not have been 100% necessary, I installed it in May of 2014 and have not had a problem yet. I do recommend using some Teflon tape on the threads. Again, probably not a necessity but I learned a very long time ago to do things right the first time and you don't have to do them again. I stand by those lessons learned. It is also important to know that this bidet works off of the pressure from the tank, NOT the water inlet. So if all heck breaks loose and you have a way to fill up your tank from rain water or other sources, you're covered. And being fed from the tank keeps it from being overly cold when using it. The second upgrade I would recommend would be toilet bumpers that raise the seat slightly so as to make sure there is enough clearance between the seat and bidet. You can find those here. (Tip: Super glue them in place, the peel off adhesive is not strong for long). They’re available here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EA080X0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Finally, I’d like to say that this is a fantastic product that was a breeze to install, and there are even times that I am happy to have this. It has his and her settings. Just pull that lever up slowly at first or you'll get a heck of a surprise. L.O.L! A truly good quality unit for a very reasonable price. Haven't had a drop of water leak anywhere since I installed it. As my wife will tell you next, whenever we go out to a hotel the only thing she misses is our toilet bidet. So whenever I can get their portable unit I'll give you a review of that. I give this 5 plus stars and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend it to anyone with even just basic tools and mechanical knowledge. It's pretty easy to do. I have recommended this to my over 2500 preppers on my preppers page as a way to stay as clean as possible when the SHTF, using minimal amounts of Toilet tissue. (A highly prized commodity when natural or man made disasters occur). And I'll be posting it again, as well as on my blog. http://www.facebook.com/pugetsoundpreppers And now on to the "Her" part of this review. Sincerely RevG III I love this thing. With very short arms and a debilitating injury, this thing saved me from a lot of hassle and discomfort. As my husband alluded to, the flow of the water can be regulated to suit individual comfort. There are different jet positions for men and women which can be adusted. We got the non-heated water unit because we didn’t want to pay the extra money and do the extra work for the heated unit. Yes, the water can be cold but it’s bearable. The best part of all however, is the level of cleanliness I get without using a lot of time and toilet paper. Ulitmately, it’s a low cost, marvelous modern convenience. I wish I could take it with me wherever I “go”. I’ve recommended this product often and will continue to do so. Mrs. RevG III

I was very pleased with this product and would recommend this to anyone. Great value and results. I purchased this item with a bit of hesitation as bidets are not popular in the United States. I was convinced that this would make the number 2 business much more pleasant. I couldn't have been more right. I only wish that it had a bar of soap with it. Installation: The installation process was very straight forward. The install went something like this. A quick turn of the knob to turn off the water to toilet. Undo the line from the wall to the toilet and insert the one given by this product. The water line will go from wall, to water tank where there is a splitter, and then to the bidet. This process is very straight forward but be cautious as to not over tighten the connectors as it could cause a leak. Unfasten the toilet seat and align the bidet to the rear of the toilet. Refasten and tighten the screws down that secure the seat. This is the one area where I took away one star from the product. I would have taken a half star but that's not allowed. I felt that the bidet forces the toilet lid to sit proud of the top of the toilet thus making the lid not sit flush when closed. Its a small thing but does force a small space between toilet and seat and causes the seat to bend down when sat upon. This isn't a problem for me but I felt like something could be done to balance the seat. Test: Once installed a test was in store. Pull lightly on the lever and ensure the water begins to stream out. This is a sign that it is installed correctly. If pulled too far this will result in a wet shirt. So be careful :) Summary: Using this product is wonderful. The cool refreshing water is used to cleanse and provide a decent pressure in order to ensure the area is clean. The pressure is not unpleasant. This device allows you to stay shower fresh and clean through out the day. I only wish bidets were more widely accepted across our culture. Staying fresh and clean is worth every penny of this product and I would easily purchase it again. Hope this helps. Questions welcome. UPDATE: Luxe customer service contacted me and asked if they could do anything to help the 4 star review I had originally given. I complained about the gap with the toilet seat caused by the installation of the bidet. They immediately sent me some grommets (rubber feet) to help better seat the toilet lid. It worked like a charm. That _was_ my only problem with this wonderful product and they made it _right_. 5/5 in customer service and 5/5 in product. Purchase this item now and YOU will be happy. Your clothes washer will thank you.

After using the Luxe Bidet Neo 180 for a few days i decided to write a review for the product. This model features a dual nozzle designed for self cleaning as well as a setting designed specifically for women (as a man I was unable to make any use of this feature). The Neo 180 does not come with a heated water hose option (you don’t need it unless you live in the arctic…) The bidet was simple to set up with common tools round around the house that I assume mostly anyone would be able to put together rather easily. Have a towel handy as when working with any toilet related installs, you’re inevitably going to be dealing with some dripping water. Using the bidet couldn’t be easier, simply turn the handle to the “ON” position and lift the lever for the desired water pressure. I was anticipating the water to be cold and uncomfortable, but I was pleasantly surprised since the cool (non heated) water wasn’t any issue at all, I don’t think upgrading to the unit with warm water should be a priority. When the water nozzle is not in use, it retracts behind the splashguard, which I found to be a very good feature for sanitation. Also, this unit comes with a self cleaning option which essentially allows you to run the water through the nozzle without it come out from behind the guard. I also like this features as it ensures the nozzle and the spout remain clean and free of any… debris. The “WOMAN” setting causes the secondary nozzle to spray water at a different angle designed especially for women. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on this feature, however it does seem to work as intended. My largest (and really only) concern about the unit is the water pressure. When i first turned on the nozzle, I was surprised that even when the lever was only opened about half way, it was a little too much pressure for myself. I found myself only opening the lever a very small amount for the optimal water pressure. I ended up adjusting my water valve (shared with filling the toilet tank) and turning it down to about half way. This allowed me to open the lever all the way without any discomfort, however now it takes about 50% longer for the tank to fill up after a flush (really not a big deal). Ideally, there would be another valve that would specifically reduce the water flow to the unit. This is the only reason I voted 4 stars and not 5. However, after getting used to how much to open the lever, this really wasn’t an issue. The bidet is without a doubt my favorite purchase in a long time. It has made things much easier after using the toilet by both drastically reducing how much toilet paper is used and also reducing any irritation that may have occurred from excessive wiping. I would absolutely recommend the Luxe Neo 180 Bidet as after using it, I can’t ever see myself going back to standard wiping. Pros -Easy to install -Easy to use -Good Value -Cleans your backside quickly and effectively -Use much less toilet paper -Reduces irritation Cons -Knowing how much water pressure to use can take some getting used to

Been about a month since I purchased the Bidet, and no regrets. I have mobility issues dye to lower spine injuries and this has made cleaning after toilet use so easy. with the adjustable lever stream I can adjust how much water is shot out and how hard. Add to this a wiping aid (toilet paper on a stick) for drying, and I a clean I have not felt in years. I also purchased the matching toilet seat from LUXE as well. Both items were very easy to install. I did have to purchase an additional hose, but that is just because the pipe from the wall to the inlet in my apartment was a solid non flexible one.
