Fast charging 2 X GoPro 5, 6, 7 battery charger.
A great battery charger. It charges two GoPro batteries at the same time. Supports GoPro 5, 6, 7 batteries as they are the same. It stands upright, has a cloth base so it doesn't slide around. There are two lights at the top to show when it's charging (orange for charging, green for charged). The input cable is USB C so is fast charging.

Works well, but probably only for heavy users.
The item is actually fine and works really well. The issue is whether you need it given that you can charge a battery in the camera. If you need to use multiple (3+) batteries and have very short turnaround times, it's probably useful. If you just need a couple and/or can charge your batteries overnight, it's a bit more marginal.

good quality and works well
The problem with branded items like this is you pay for the name. Yes you can buy cheaper BUT the point of paying for the name is you know that they will be of good quality and work as the originals do.Cheaper batteries may not last as long per charge, they may not last for as many charges. so you have to buy more cheaper batteries. You never get something for nothing.Batteries like these are controlled by an MCU and firmware. With own brand batteries they are comparable and designed to work with the camera. 3rd party batteries probably won't have access to the firmware. So you pay your money and take your choice. In the long run buying Go Pro brand batteries and charge is less of a risk for me. If you are shooting just for fun it may not matter.

You just need it
Let's face it if you have a go pro you need a charger and several batteries. This is a great solution to charge on go with a power bank or at home. I would say a Power Delivery charger is a must to unlock the rapid charge. No need to buy the go-pro supercharger brick though, i use a townpeak for £12 - works a charm with USB-C PD..

Small footprint, charges two batteries at a time, comes with one battery and a USB cable. What is there not to like? - Brilliant
I am so happy that I made the decision to get this. You get a genuine GoPro battery for the Hero 5, and this rather cute little charger unit to go with it.It is powered from a USB cable which is why it is not the fastest charger in the world. The cable provided is a USB from the computer to USB C for the charger.Users on new MacBooks will just be able to use a USB C cable to charge.Pop the batteries in, and click them down.A light comes on by each battery, which goes from amber to green when the batteries are fully charged.I particularly like the fact that the charger is so compact and can be carried around with other GoPro accessories etc.All in all, I am totally delighted with this.

Expensive - but needed
Due to the short battery life when used with the GoPro Hero 7 Black, you need as many batteries as possible. This charging pod needs a 'true' fast charge charger plug, otherwise your looking at several hours to charge 2 flat batteries, charging of 2 flat batteries from my charging plug and external powerbank supply averages 3+ hours.so I have had to buy 8 batteries for my 2 GPH7B to ensure I have a constant power supply for my cameras while im out off-roading/greenlaning/exploring.

Does what is says on the tin!
Does what it says on the tin!I'd looked at reviews of cheaper alternatives (i.e. 3rd party manufacturers), and had seen remarks about poor build quality and poor battery life, so went with the official one.Works like a charm, very nice build quality.Only hangup is the price, but hey - you get what you pay for.
