GHB Agility Ladder Speed Ladder 6M 12-Rung for Kids Adults Football Speed Training

I've had these for a couple of years, I bought two sets; and both sets are still as good as new. Each comes in its own bag, and they have clips at each end so you can clip sets end to end and make them longer. Ive used them for several things - I've used them for cadets for circuit training and assault courses, and I've used them in more gentle settings such as my tai chi classes to help people visualise stepping techniques. The bonus here is that the rungs are adjustable and can be close together or far apart, or even just random sizes. The plastic rungs slide easily along each fabric strip, but not so easily that they move during use. The fabric is heavy duty and deals well with the movement of the rungs. For me, the only thing is that the ladders as a whole are SO lightweight that they dont stay in place well either on hard floors or outside- again it depends on their use/ what you need them for. Having said that, I love them and they are regularly used, in and out of work / cadets. I have found them to be excellent value for money and would consider purchasing more sets if I needed another extension to my current ones.

Purchased for football training. Not actually used much but good when we have done so.

The agility ladder is a great tool for anyone looking to improve their speed, footwork, and overall athleticism. With 12 durable plastic rungs spaced 15 inches apart, this ladder provides a challenging yet manageable workout that can help you improve your quickness and coordination. One of the best things about this agility ladder is its overall length of 20 feet. This gives you plenty of space to work with, whether you're practicing on your own or with a group. And with each rung measuring 17 inches long, you'll be able to challenge yourself to take quick, precise steps as you move through the ladder. Another great feature of this agility ladder is the included carry bag. This makes it easy to transport the ladder from place to place, whether you're taking it to the park, the gym, or your backyard. And when you're not using it, you can simply store it in the bag to keep it safe and out of the way. Perhaps the best thing about this agility ladder is the workout it provides. By focusing on foot strike and lift frequency, you can improve your speed and agility while torching calories at the same time. And with regular use, you'll see improvements in your overall fitness and athletic performance. Overall, I highly recommend the agility ladder to anyone looking for a challenging and effective workout tool. While it may take some time to get the hang of, the benefits are well worth the effort. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your performance or simply someone looking to get in better shape, this ladder is a great choice.

I purchased this as I needed it for an online coaching program I bought. Firstly, doing ladder drills is much harder than I expected and also a lot of fun. Recommended to all. Secondly, the ladder itself is robust, it folds out nicely, is a good length, is easy to fold back and store also. A good price for a ladder.

Bought this after looking at many reviews, wanted an easy to use good quality and cheap agility ladder. Thankfully it is very well designed, easy to set up and pack away, I would definitely recommend this, its hard sometimes to decide which item to buy and I looked tirelessly as all the agility ladders out there seemed pretty much the same. Save yourself the same trouble and time I put in and just get it. Hope this helped you.

Good quality product however the middle gaps are too wide compared to the rest of the gaps when fully stretched meaning it’s hard to stay consistent with your drills as you have to over step on these ones

ordered this as previously ordered ladder with on 6 rungs and wasn't long enough - we all this the 12 rung one today and it worked much better. Easy to pull out and put away - pleased

This activity ladder has really helped in my rehab following a fractured ankle. It’s easy to unpack and lay out. The tricky part is packing it away as it can easily get tangled if you’re not careful. I would recommend this ladder.
