NKD Living Erythritol (Granulated & Gold) – My go-to natural sugar swaps!
As someone who’s been gradually cutting down on refined sugar, I’ve tried a fair few sugar substitutes—but NKD Living’s erythritol products are by far my favourites. I’ve been using both the 1kg granulated version and the 500g Gold erythritol with stevia, and they’ve earned a permanent spot in my kitchen. 🍰 NKD Living 100% Natural Erythritol – 1kg Granulated This has become my daily sugar replacement. I use it in coffee, tea, smoothies, and baking, and it performs beautifully. It looks and feels almost identical to white sugar, with a clean sweetness that doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste like some sweeteners do. ✅ Zero calories ✅ Doesn’t spike blood sugar ✅ Dissolves well ✅ No bitter aftertaste It’s perfect for low-carb, keto or diabetic-friendly baking. I’ve made muffins, brownies and even meringues with this and everything turns out great. It does have that typical erythritol “cooling” effect when used in large amounts, but that’s expected and doesn’t bother me. 🍯 NKD Living Erythritol Gold with Stevia – 500g This one really impressed me! It’s a brilliant substitute for brown sugar, and I now use it in cookies, crumble toppings, oatmeal, and marinades. It has a richer, slightly caramelised flavour, thanks to the stevia blend, and gives bakes that deeper, golden sweetness. It smells amazing too—like real brown sugar. You can tell this has been thoughtfully made to mimic the taste and texture of traditional golden sugar. 🛍️ Packaging & Value Both come in resealable pouches that are easy to store and keep fresh. They’re a bit pricier than regular sugar, obviously, but for the health benefits and quality, they’re absolutely worth it. Plus, a little goes a long way, especially with the Gold variety. ✅ Final Thoughts I genuinely love these products. They’ve helped me maintain a healthier lifestyle without giving up sweet treats. If you’re on a sugar-free, diabetic, keto, or just generally health-conscious path, these are worth trying. Highly recommended combo! I’ll definitely be repurchasing both.

Better than sugar
I bought this as a sugar substitute while trying to reduce my calorie intake. I’m used to having sugar in tea and also use it for things like protein pancakes and baking, so I’ve tried quite a few alternatives before. Out of all the ones I’ve used, this is probably the closest to regular sugar in terms of taste. It dissolves well and works nicely in both drinks and cooking. What I like most is that it doesn’t have a strong aftertaste or that “cooling” effect that some other sweeteners have. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s slightly less sweet than regular sugar, so you may need to use a bit more to get the same level of sweetness. Overall, I’m really happy with it and will continue using it. A solid option if you’re looking to cut down on sugar but still want something that tastes familiar.

Nice erythritol
This is the first erythritol that I ever bought and I still stick to the same brand for it. I love it for the quality that it has and the fact it can be used on keto, without raising your blood sugar levels. It comes in copius size and is a natural sugar alcohol. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it's more coarse and as such it doesn't melt in baked goods. I switched to using erythritol in its powder form and it's much easier to chew and taste.

Tastes Like Sugar, Zero Calories, Pet-Safe
This erythritol is an excellent sugar substitute. It tastes almost identical to regular white sugar, without any unpleasant aftertaste, and works very well in baking, hot drinks, and general everyday use. The granules dissolve nicely, and the sweetness level is very close to sugar (around 80% as sweet), so in most recipes you can use it almost one-to-one. One big advantage is that erythritol is not toxic to dogs, unlike xylitol. So if you have a furry friend at home and enjoy baking, this is a much safer option to keep in the kitchen. It’s also worth noting that erythritol has zero calories, does not raise blood sugar, and is suitable for keto, diabetic, and low-carb diets. It generally causes fewer digestive issues compared to some other sugar alcohols, and NKD Living’s version is clean, fine-textured, and high quality. Overall, this is a reliable, natural sweetener that tastes very close to real sugar, performs well in baking, and offers a healthier, pet-safe alternative for anyone looking to cut down on sugar without sacrificing flavour.

Best tasting sweetener.

Not as sweet as sugar.
Product does taste sweet but nowhere as sweet as standard granular sugar. You need twice the volume of it in your drinks to achieve the same sweetness. It makes sense for the reduction in calories and the tooth decay claims but it costs about 8 times the price of ordinary sugar. I only buy it to use in the stuff I make for my granddaughter.

Lifesaver
I love it. It’s so perfect. I dislike sugar because of its sweetness, so the fact this tastes less sweet is perfect. It’s just a little annoying with baking — the measure is off sugar wise. You have to experiment a bit with how much to use. I do find it too expensive per package.
