Wellwoman Plus

I'm not a regular reviewer but these have to be reviewed!!!! As a 50 + woman these have worked brilliantly for me. After taking individual vitamins for a long time, I thought I would try a multivitamin to help with energy levels which were not great and annoying, after just a couple of days these were working, I can't believe how good they are, and how much better I feel my energy levels have massively improved without having to wait for weeks to see a result. Also much easier and cost effective than taking loads of individual vitamins.These have worked rapidly for me with very positive results.

I’ve been using Wellwoman’s Plus Tablets for almost 3 years. I have noticed changes such as having less fatigue and tiredness but not necessarily more energy. I feel better however knowing I’m receiving a well rounded overall support for my health. It is difficult to swallow however as the tablet size is quite big.

I usually buy the standard wellwoman however the GP recommended increasing my omega intake - I have already been sleeping better and feel less brain fog. Would definitely continue buying these.

I've always taken vitamin supplements but started to feel a bit off. Brain fog, tired constantly and emotional (Won't even start on my hair thinning - I take hair supplement anyway and my moods). Had a look about and saw these vitamins worked for others with my symptoms. About 2-3 weeks in and I noticed a difference. Whether it was placebo effect or not I don't care. Now been taking these about 3-4 months and none of the old symptoms have returned, so a plus for me. Plus it's a good brand. I'd highly recommend them. They are a bit large (You take one of the oil ones and one green one a day - recommend taking them after eating!!), but with a glass of water I manage to swallow them.

شفت المدح عليه و شريته لكن صراحة يمغص البطن مرررررة ...و لتخفيف المغص حاولي تاخذيه على معدة مملوءة كويس يعني بعد الوجبة الرئيسية و افصلي الحبتين عن بعض ع الاقل ربع ساعةمستمرة عليه من اربع ايام بس ما اعتقد اكرر التجربةمع الاستمرار عليه خف المغص كثيرررر ممكن تعودت عليه لكن ثقيل شوي ع المعدة ...و صراحة فرق معاي النشاط مررررة احس اني نشيطة طول اليوم احسن من قبل و النوم صار افضل ...
