On the packaging it says leave in and rinse. Is it better to use it before or after shampoo?

Is it good for coloured hair

No, from what I can see, it does not contain any protein. In addition to shea butter, it contains argan oil, coconut oil and a range of nut oils. This is a great product, I highly recommend it.
