Just bought this date looks like august 2018 out of date

Just finished a tub which I’ve had for over a year. Product was fine to the end whilst kept in original packing. Avoid any dampness!

Is this glaze a powder and if so how do you use it?

Yes it is a powder you sprinkle over your food and leave to marinade for at least an hour. I find if you put your food in a bag or container and cover with a table spoon of glaze and shake and leave for the hour it works best.

Is this powder like the red bbq sauces that you can get from Chinese takeaweays. Is it possible to make a sauce from it or just a meat rub? Thankyou

It's more of a marinade but I have made hot and sour soup with it.Great for ribs.
