DOES NOT WORK WITH BIG SUR OS
HORRIBLE experience! Purchased this for my new 2020 iMac.. spent HOURS between Mac and OWC tech emails and phone calls over several weeks.. to no resolve and only to return this SSD.. OWC does not have this figured out and will not work with BIG SUR OS... OWC final solution was to downgrade the Mac operating system !

FAST, but less capacity than advertised with poor SOFTRAID software, and not Window's friendly
I bought the nominal "16TB" version. If you format this drive in RAID 0 you get less than 13.5 TB of useable disk. If you implement RAID 5 you will only get a little more than 10 TB. There are no instructions on how to use the SOFTRAID software, and I predict you will not get a Windows RAID 5 working without calling their customer support. You have to format the drives in a RAID 0, then DELETE the "0" Drive, then you can make the now formatted individual disks into a RAID 5. In Windows, you can only do RAID 0,1, and 5 which is NOT disclosed on the OWC marketing page. BEWARE, these folks bury the Windows limitations in footnotes. One would think at least one advantage of multiple disk drive would be that if one began to fail, you could open up the enclosure to replace it. If there is a way to do this the OWC folks don't disclose it, and there are no directions on how to do it.

Lost all my data
I've been a software developer for 30 years, and for the past 15 years have used OWC products. Finally, I am done with them. I recently had a 2 month old thunderblade die and sent it to 3 data recovery specialists who could not recover ANY useable data from the drive, upending my business. To make matters worse, their service was atrocious. I had to go through a lengthy process to get the drive replaced, and then they wouldn't even replace it, opting to recondition the drive. I've spent an unbelievable amount of money on their products over the years, only to endure an ever worse, buggy and unsupported SoftRAID application. No more.
