I cant swallow many tablets or capsules, but these are micro teeny! . Easy to swallow, well packaged , long used by date (Over 2 years) . Recommended

Easy to swallow capsules, only taken for 7 days so need more time to say if they are making a difference but can say , no side effects. I take other supplements from this company and trust the quality of ingredients.

Well made and love the zip at the front, easy for the children to put on themselves. My grandson is 7 quite small for his age. Ordered a size 6 but it still was not long enough, returned and got size 8,perfect fit, so take care when choosing the size, otherwise very happy.
