Good product backed by credible research
I take this because the research on carnitine is very credible.It has quite a sharp lemon taste and if undiluted will be slightly uncomfortable to swallow.Dilute in water and it is quite palatable.I wouldn't say that I notice any effects at all. However I am in this for the long run!Acetyl L Carnitine, Carnitine and DMAE. etc

Best L-Carnitine I've tried
So far it's giving me the energy I need for exercise, and I have been toning up as a result. However I'm taking 2 tablespoon before workouts instead of 1 as recommended...1500mg is not enough personally for me. I feel like my body absorbs L-Carnitine quicker than capsules since I feel pumped up a few minutes later... Also worried about the vegetable glycerine in this product and if it's counter-productive to weight loss/blood sugar health.

Quality.
Will give this a 4 Stars due to the fact I have achieved weight loss with this combined with a strict diet. Noticed a difference in my performance doing cardio and weightlifting. Based on what I have noticed this will surely work for you. The taste of this carnitine has a very strong lemony taste but thats my opinion.Good luck.

Bottle arrived shattered and the items apears as not returnable, so you go in circles trying to get a refund. Very disappointing...

Vegan friendly and it tastes good
Vegan friendly L-carnitine and I think it tastes nice actually - has a slight sweet/lemon taste, which is fine to be honest so it goes down really nicely.I've bought this again and most likely going to stick with this one, I recommend it :)

GOOD VERSUS BAD
The Solgar L-Carnitine 1500 mg Liquid helps with muscle soreness, but it tastes too sweet! It is sickly! As a result, I can't wholly recommend this product. I would love for Solgar to revise the flavour. That stated, I would use this product for the benefits to my workouts!Then again, you might not have a problem with the sweetness. Try it!
