I bought this for my toenails. I am older and my toenails do not grow as fast as they used to-which the slow growth causes the yellowing and thickness. (Yes, I had them tested for fungus and doc says no fungus...this happens when we get older.) I get a gel pedi polish...which usually lasts 6-7 weeks. Since I started using this product "Spirularin Nail Serum" (I am in my 2nd month), I noticed that my toenails grow out much faster and the nail bed is starting to look whiter and healthier. My nail technician has even noticed the difference. I place a drop of solution on the cuticle base area only and rub it in every night before bedtime. There is no use in placing the solution on the nail itself, it is already dead growth. The new growth comes from the cuticle base. IT WORKS!!!!

I bought this because it had decent reviews on curing split nails but it hasn't worked for me and I just have a small split on the end of my nail. I have used this religiously 3 times a day for 4 weeks and I have not seen any improvement. It was a waste of money and this small container is not cheap. That's why I wait to write reviews after using something for a trial period to see if it works.

I had problems with nail growth and this is a great solution, who has the same problem as me, just give it time. I also noticed how soft and nourished my cuticles became after using it. Girls, this is my favorite product!
