These seem to be the most effective amino acids I've tried. Month after month I get consistent results. They're also reletively easy to swallow.

Best quality, quantity and price. Very effective and easy to swallow. I have 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. No stomach pain or problems. As always, stay hydrated.

I've been using these Xellerate NUTRITION BCAA tablets for a while now, and I find them to be both good quality and good value. Anecdotally, I really believe they help with my overall performance and recovery, especially alongside my regular protein intake. They are a bit on the powdery side, so you might notice a bit of white residue if you place them down or if some transfers to your clothes after handling. Personally, I don't find them difficult to swallow, but they're definitely some of the bigger tablets I've come across - around the size of a 20 pence piece. So, if you usually struggle with larger pills, you might find these a bit of a challenge. Overall, for the quality, value, and the benefits I've felt, these are a solid choice for BCAA supplementation.

I don't care what anyone else says, these tablets are HUGE. These were the first BCAAs I tried and so maybe others are bigger which I find hard to comprehend. I read a review who said they choked and nearly died three times trying to swallow one of these tablets and I thought they were being overly dramatic...until I tried swallowing one myself; I'm glad to still be alive to write this review! I have now developed a good technique to swallow them- I lift my chin up to straighten my throat and swallow them with a good gulp of water. You may need to play around with how high you lift your chin to get a perfect angle. Don't try breaking the tablets cause this creates rough edges on the tablet making them harder to swallow. The recommended daily dosage is 3 tablets (3000mg) however some articles seem to suggest you need 15000mg(!) to see the benefits of muscle growth. Anyway all-in-all these tablets are very well priced and definitely worth a buy!

I have been taking these supplements now for just over 2 weeks, 3 every morning. And I have to say, the results are fantastic, I definitely have more energy (not just for the gym but also life). I feel like I have more energy when working out but crucially I am not suffering in pain after workouts and I have got to think that these tablets contribute to this, which is amazing. My muscles also feel tighter and I can already see it is helping me loose some fat whilst gaining muscle = BOOM! After just a couple of weeks the results are visible and I feel really motivated and ready for more gym sessions. Amazing product. I have tried the powder version before but did not obtain the same results, the tablets for me are just so easy to take. They are quite big but this is the only bugbear. I highly recommend to anybody who want to results with minimal down time in between.

I have only been taking for 2 weeks or so an take 3 tablets on an empty stomach before I train (I train 6am). I am an ex athlete who has taken the last 18 months out of training to be with my 2 young boys and my partner. So far I haven’t noticed anything I wouldn’t expect while in training without taking supplements. (May change) I only train 4 days a week now but at high intensity, heavy lifting weight training. I have noticed on days I take the supplement on day 1 I feel I sweat more especially when I gets into the evening. Swallowing the pill can be quite difficult as quite large. During the days I take the supplements I had more than normal bowl movements, days when not taking I am not regular as per normal for me. So far the jury is out. But will continue and edit my review in 2 months and again when I have finished the supply of 141 days. 👍🏻

Only been taking for a week and have already noticed a massive reduction in muscle soreness. Some reviews said they was too big to swallow but these tables are easy enough to break with hand in half, so no need to worry or moan about the side.

I’ve been running numbers for a while now, and I must say: this product is awesome value for money. I really hope they won’t increase the price (as it happened with many other items on Amazon) because I have plans to keep buying this one. Quality is excellent, these tablets are now a crucial part of both my pre- and post- workout. You can definitely see the results of this supplementation, especially if you’re on a low carb diet. Highly recommended.

Ces gellules sont faciles à avaler. Personnellement, je trouve qu'elles n'ont aucun goût. Aucun effet secondaire constaté. De plus, le prix est très compétitif. Je termine mon premier pot et ma masse musculaire à augmenter de 15%. Ce produit est franchement efficace sur mon corps.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto perchè mi ha incuriosito durante un'offerta lampo e siccome durante gli allenamenti in palestra usavo già compresse analoghe di altre note marche, ho voluto testare anche queste. Questi amminoacidi ramificati con aggiunta di vitamina B6, sono compresse BCAA 2:1:1 a mio avviso di qualità, contenenti una dose da 1000mg (cioè 1 grammo) dove se ne consiglia l'assunzione di 3 pastiglie al giorno per un'assunzione totale di 3 grammi. La composizione è così suddivissa: - 1500mg di L-leucina, - 750mg di L-isoleucina, - 750mg di L-Valina, - 3mg di Vitamina B6. Per chi fa pesistica e desidera aumentare la propria massa muscolare con un allenamento costante, assumento amminoacidi ramificati (parliamo appunto di BCAA), nelle dosi consigliate, avrà con il tempo un evidente risultato da osservare. Questi amminoacidi infatti favoriscono la ricomposizione delle fibre muscolari che durante l'allenamento andremo a rompere. I risultati ovviamente si osserveranno dopo alcuni mesi di allenamento, quindi senza costanza ed impegno questi integratori faranno ben poco. Assunzione integratori BCAA: Personalemnte preferisco sempre abbinare durante la dieta giornaliera uno o due frutti di stagione. Per quanto concerne invece i nostri integratori, oltre ad assumerli unicamente nei giorni di allenamento, ho sempre "diviso" la dose giornaliera raccomandata in due parti. Una prima metà circa 15/ 20 minuti prima dell'allenamento e l'altra metà appena dopo l'allenamento in modo da consentire al muscolo la ricostruzione "post trauma" (proprio perchè durante l'allenamento stiamo rompendo le micro-fibre muscolari) e la sua ricostruzione post allenamento consentirà appunto la creazione della massa muscolare. Rapporto Qualità - Prezzo: Sinceramente negli anni ho testato veramente molte marche di integratori, ma questi della Xellerate Nutrition mi hanno davvero favorevolmente stupito. Ben 425 compresse a poco più di una ventina di Euro è un prezzo davvero conveniente. Allenandomi circa 3 volte a settimana mi dureranno praticamente il doppio rispetto alle confezioni più "generose" delle altre marche concorrenti. Ho fatto alcune foto per aiutarvi a capire meglio ciò che vi arriva qualora decideste di valutarene l'acquisto. Spedizione da parte di Amazon, sempre perfette nei tempi dichiarati! CONCLUSIONI: Per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, soldi davvero ben spesi, prodotto Eccellente. Consigliato! Spero di esservi stato utile nelle informazioni fornite!

Ho provato questo prodotto e sono al secondo mese di utilizzo. Inizialmente ero titubante a causa del. Prezzo rispetto le quantità ma leggendo le recensioni ho deciso di provarlo. Attualmente posso dire di essere abbastanza soddisfatto in quanto ho notato un diminuzione dei tempi di recupero a livello muscolare grazie alla sua assunzione e un leggero aumento della forza durante l'attività con una diminuizione della fatica avverita. Unica pecca è il gusto e la grandezza delle capsule in quanto sono grandi un po' più di una compressa di paracetamolo da 1000 mg ( per avere un termine di paragone in termini di dimensioni ) e non sono rivestite quindi sulla lingua tendono a sciogliersi rilasciando un sapore sgradevole.
