We buy these regularly as we are convinced of the health benefits of spirulina after seeing for ourselves the difference they make but hate the taste! We originally tried the powder but we just couldn't stomach it! These tablets are so much easier to take daily.I found my hair became thicker and my skin improved, I also strangely found I wasn't snacking as much during the day, perhaps the nutrients in the spirulina are suppressing some of my cravings. My husband and brother both take these after going to gym to bump up their protein without having to consume lots of calories, they are both very muscular so they appear to work!

Great package, good value for money

I got the powder of the same brand initially but because it makes a mess I thought the tablets would be a better option for both dosage and with no mess. You would think they are the same but I feel they do have a different effect on the body. The powder just absorbs better and the effects are immediate. Not sure why they feel different but still good for on the go.

exellent product and service

I started adding spirulina to my diet about a year ago when I first did a 7 day juice detox.I originally purchased it in powder form and would sprinkle the required amount into my juice or smoothy. The downside of this method is the taste & smell... It does add a whiff of stagnant pond water to anything it's added to!!I grew to tolerate the taste tho & after a few months, could happily knock back a glass of sparkling water with a few teaspoons of spirulina stirred in. My husband would gag at the smell though!When he recently decided to join my healthy eating regime I looked for an alternative form as I knew I wouldn't be able to hide this nutritious powerhouse to any juice or smoothy without detection... I thought I'd try it in tablet form to see how he got on.To my surprise he is quite happy to pop these in his mouth. They are quite large round pills but are very smooth and easy to follow.We both use these instead of the powder now as its so much easier than measuring out scoops. We usually take between 6-10 tablets each over the course of the day & both of us have noticed an increase in energy.I will continue our daily regime with the tablets - I'm sure they are extremely beneficial to our overall health.

Honestly, these are good to take, just I take a lot of supplements used all these and will buy again if I decide I need more…

Not much to say about a simple product. They are spirulina tablets. They are small an easy to swallow. The taste is minor (you wont be chewing on them trying to taste them).They all remained whole in the bag through shipping without damage.Product digests very well - no issues. Body seems to like being fed this product.
