CoQ10 Coenzyme Q10 Supplement 100mg, 90 Capsules

After buying different supplements from Innopure before, I would not purchase from elsewhere. - unless they did not stock what I was looking for. I have bought Co-Enzyme Q10 as with research have found that this supplement can also be helpful for reducing high blood pressure. Only time will tell whether I find any difference. But I must say , I do feel better in myself. As I understand it, they are very good for upping energy levels, so maybe this is why. I think Innopure are an excellent company, selling first rate products, at a very good price. In fact, I went on holiday recently, taking my high dose Vitamin D with me, as they have made such a difference. On arrival home, found that I had left them behind. I have fished around with CoQ10 for a while now, and in terms of cost to quality ratio, Innopure is the best CoQ10 I have found online so far. I have been taking high doses (400mg) for about 2 years. It is always difficult to objectively evaluate the efficacy of any supplement, but I think it is worth mentioning I am feeling the desired effect from half the dose I usually take (i.e. 200mg). Additionally it is refreshing to see gelatin-free capsules as these tend to be more reflective of good manufacturing standards and often contain less impurities than their counterparts.Overall I would recommend giving this product a go if you are already taking CoQ10. Definitely a better purchase than the equivalent in Holland and Barrett. That said, I hope the phrase "introductory offer" is no more than a marketing tool as £30.00 or there abouts for 90 capsules would be unreasonable.As is stands this is a top product and I will personally be continuing to order it.For those of you interested in P&P, the item is well sealed, well packaged and delivered quickly.I hope this was helpful.

I have purchase these to help with low energy, to improve immune system and cardiovascular system of my mum as she has lung and energy issues. Wow so far great results and it has been days. I first bought this Q10 at the end of April and recently bought some more because it has made a big difference to my energy levels. Although they offer 60 day money back guarantee, you cannot feel dissapointed as it is a food supplement with no proven therapeutical benefits (maybe for mitochondrial disease or people with statins treatment). I have been taking it for 5 days and no side effects were observed. I take it as an antioxidant agent in a high dose (600 mg) which is the dose study on scientific trials. You can find higher dose pills but as CoQ10 is difficult to be absorbed, it is better to take it in several times a day. Some people take ubiquinol which is the active form, but as most scientific articles refer to ubiquinona, I chose this one. Now it will have to be demostrated that Innopure carries the dose announced on label, most CoQ10 supplements fail in that aspect. We have to trust them in the meantime.

I am very pleased with this product so far, it arrived very quickly and well packaged. It has plently of time before the '19 expiry date too. It seems to be very good value for money in comparison to the previous q10 I have bought which is in fact a synthetic q10. It is approved by the vegan society (which is important to me as a vegan!). It states it is made from a natural fermented food source - although it doesn't go into anymore detail than that. It is difficult to gauge the efficacy of any supplement but I have read that the natural version of q10 is superior to the synthetic so I will update if I find any difference over time.
