This is a great starter machine for those like me who like experimenting in the kitchen. It a very easy to use with a few recipes to try out just to get a feel for the machine and ice cream making.I bought this ice cream maker in November. It worked very well with both double cream and normal cream. Unfortunately it gave me some problems this year. I contacted the customer care. I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient and professional and pleasant they were! There was no response tape, weeks of waiting for a response. Everything is quick and painless. As I type this a replacement is on its way to it. I couldn't be more happier with the product and their service. Five stars is not only for the product but also for the great customer care.

Bought with pocket money saved & so far we have made icecream, frozen yogurt and slushies. V. v. tasty & very simple to use.

My Aicok icecream maker arrived about a week ago.Due to a busy work schedule, as yet I have only made one batch of icecream. My first attempt was a huge success. I made luxury vanilla ice cream, with fresh cream and real vanilla pod. It was effortless to make and tasted Devine.The ice cream maker itself is well designed and incredibly simple to use. The removable insulated bowl is solid and stylish, with a white exterior and smart, light silver coloured inside. I placed the insulated bowl in the freezer for 12 hours. Then it was ready to use. My prepared ingredients were simply placed in the bowl, the timer was set and I walked away. 30 minutes later I returned to find that my icecream was almost ready.The icecream maker had done all the hard work! I just had to pot the ice-cream up into individual tubs and pop them in the freezer. My family all agreed that the ice cream was delicious and I was delighted that there was not a single ice crystal insight. Best of all though, there was very little washing-up involved. I just needed to wash the bowl and the whisk. I was delighted that the rest of the machine was still spotlessly clean. With so little washing up to do, I can see that this machine will be living on the kitchen worktop and not at the back of a cupboard! I am confident that my lovely icecream maker will be well used over the coming months and years. All in all, the Aicok icecream maker is an excellent product, which I would happily recommend to anyone wishing to make their own ice cream.This week I am hoping to make both strawberry and cherry icecream!

We got this ice cream maker cos we were buying crap icecream from the shop and we wanted some healthy home made icecream . I attempted to make the icecream and it was ok but when my girlfriend made it for me and my daughter she made it with strawberry and she left it cool for much longer . The cream she used was our natural Irish cream and it was the best ice cream iv ever had.TipsLeave it in the freezer over nite the bowl.Use quality creamUse real fruit . Strawberrys and rasberrys are lovely.Over all this worked perfect and my digestive system is better for it glad I bought it.

Nice and compact, easy to clean makes small amounts. A bit difficult to add ingrediants whilst running machine. Good ice cream, only tried vanilla and chocolate. A good tip I found putting the mixture in freezer for half a hour chilled it better than fridge before putting in machine.

The machine itself produces very good ice cream and is simple to use, compared to other ice cream makers it represents very good value for money. It was delivered promptly and was very well packed. We used vanilla paste rather than vanilla pods and this works very well. The only one thing that lets it down are the user instructions which could have been clearer, this is no doubt due the translation into English but it does need to have a reprint so that the instructions are crystal clear.

Best gift ever. Yummy ice-cream. Easy to clean. The only downside is fitting in the freezer we needed to take a draw out. I would recommend checking the size before purchase.

Absolutely love this ice cream machine! Arrived on time and was well packaged. Easy to operate! Recipe book is very basic but that works because once you know the basics, you can tweak your recipes to make different flavours. I've been making lost of delicious ice cream so far and I've only had it a couple of weeks or so. I'm looking forward to all the years of homemade Ice cream making to come! I've also ordered another container for the ice cream maker so that I can make two batches in one day! I would definitely recommend!
