This product comes from Italy and you would find it typically in any Italian supermarket...I am not sure if he tuna in it  is specially from Italy as these days they can come from literally anywhere in the world!

How many cans do you get? Just 12? or is it 12x4 totalling 48 cans for the price?

12 cans in total. It's 4 packs of three tins and each tin is 80g.

Yellowfin tuna says country of.origin italy. Is this true? Or is it from kosovo like some reviews/answers say??

The address it is imported from is in Kosovo, that is on hte back of the packaging.  It is a number one seller in Italy.  The tuna will not have come from either Kosovo or Italy. Rio Mare have traceability system in place thier website claims, and so they can identify problems and recall needs they can locate wich boats batches came from. I guess from the packaging that the  expeorter's registered buesiness address is in Kosovo.  However, it is not so simple as where it is exported from, as the producer appears to Bolton Foods and they appear to own the Rio Mare brand and also Palmera, Saupiquet, Isabel and Cuca brands of canned fish.  They claim their main production plants are at Quimper (France) and Cermenate (Italy) so the Kosovo location appears to be an exporter business addess not a production plant.  Their biggest plant is the one in Italy, but they are big and also own Grupo Conservas Garavilla, the Spanish canned tuna company.  The simple answer to your question is Bolton Foods is an Italian company , thier biggest plant is in Italy but they have business interests in many countries and export to 60 or more counties via various locations.  I like to research where my food comes from but I think you will have a job chasing this one down unless you contact them via their wesite with the batch data on the tin and manage to get them to trace it for you.
