Great support at an ok price. Just a shame I can no longer attend the gym, due to fake stalking allegations made by a proxy from MY stalker. But, if you want to be able to lift heavy and get strong without fear of being ousted from the only place you love to go, these are great as a first pair.

Bought these a few years ago and now buying again after accidentally leaving my previous ones at the gym. The fact i'm buying them again probably tells you something about how satisfied I was with them and thought now as i'm about to order again it would be a good time to leave a review. So there's not too much to say, the comfort is as good as you could hope for, adjust to your own wrists and level of support needed, pick a preferred colour pattern so they look cool, and while I cant speak so much about for the more common exercises, I do a lot of body weight training, sometimes high rep pushups, so these are a great preventative measure aswell as supportive if you have issues already. In anycase I recommend having them in your gym bag, they're cheap enough and effective enough, can help prevent an injury and theyre pretty durable and high quality to. Pretty happy customer, I dont think you can really be disappointed at this price range, one of the best bang for buck gym accessories you can buy imho.

These straps have given me so much confidence when lifting, and have given my wrists the ability to add 4-6kg to my dumbbell press after only a week. Previously I was pushing 44kg dumbbells and afraid to go higher due to risk of snapping my wrist. But my wrist feels so much more stable now that I pushed 50kg for my first time ever yesterday. They are easy to strap up and remove. And each arm is labeled left and right. As seen in the image, I remove the thumb loop when lifting, but you will need to use the thumb loop to put them on.

A must to support your wrists. Really good quality and I use these all the time. Not only for weight lifting but also for handstand practise. Perfect for gymnastics and weightlifting!! Saves me the strain on my wrists! The grip on the is great, I rarely have to tighten them up - the Velcro makes them super easy to adjust anyway. Food range of colours, but the camo colour is my favourite!

As the title these aren't too just compress your wrist. They are too support it flexing backwards. It has to cross the wrist joint. Please watch a video or two about how to put them on. You do a high wrap that covers the base of the hand and low wrap that covers the around the wrist creating the desired effect. Just wrapping your wrist with compression and still having full ROM is more likely to cause damage then without wraps. And this leads on to my next point. These aren't quite long enough to wrap the wrist and cross the wrist joint at two points. You'll need some that are 55+cm for that. If you just want wrist compression then I'm sure these will be fine but if you want wrist wraps to help with pain from flexion these could be better. Decent for the for the price though

As someone who trains 6 times a week in the gym and has used these regularly for about 4-5 years they are definitely good value. Paid roughly £9 for them back in 2020 and they finally broke a couple weeks back after countless gym sessions. They’re not quite as robust or supportive compared to more expensive brands like Hardbody (which is what I’m now using as a replacement) but definitely worth what you pay for them.
