Just what I wanted
This was a gift for my 6 year old, it was not too badly made however I did have to redo a couple of the threads for the screws as the had burs on them

A genuine success story!
Very prompt delivery - I ordered it around mid-day and it arrived the following morning! A small team of us - three adultsassembled it in just over an hour without any real problems. My grandchildren then tried it out and loved it.

Solid trampoline... but not the perfect package. Maybe I'm to idealistic?
This trampoline is a great, solid bit of kit. Unlike others, ours came with everything (except a "push button" - detailed in the instructions but nowhere to be seen and not sure what it was meant to do). Although a littlele pricy, it's far more sturdy than the previous trampoline that we had. It's much heavier and made from stronger and - I assume more durable - materials. The manual for setting the trampoline up is good on the whole - photos accompanying (or instead of) diagrams might have helped. Also, it's one of those annoying 'one booklet for every product in our range' arrangements, so you have to navigate through the bits you don't need to do and parts you should/shouldn't have.Maybe I'm too idealistic but I think this should have come with a weather protection cover, a ladder and an anchor kit. Whilst not essential for everyone, I'm sure most buyers with use them. Prepare to find another £50-£70 for these accessories. The manual offers a 15% discount on these accessories if you buy directly from Upper Bounce, but they're based in the US, some of the accessories for the 10ft trampoline are sold out, and the postage is prohibitive. Also note, that because it is very sturdy the netting takes a good amount of time to put up - but you only appear to be able to get weather resistant covers for when the netting and upper poles are down. So I'm still trying to figure out the best way to cover this to protect it from daily UK rain. So, 4* because the trampoline itself is great; very sturdy, easy (relatively speaking) to construct and a well thought through design. Losing that fifth star because accessory wise, this leaves a little to be desired.

Good value for the money
Sturdy enough, easy to assemble, painted frame as opposed to zinc plated so will probably rust if we leave it was outside, took about 40mins to assemble, strong enough for adults, my little boy loves it.Some trampolines on Amazon are twice the price, not sure what you'd get in addition compared to this product.

My daughter loves it!
This is our second upper bounce trampoline, and we love it. We had the first one for 7 years, and it held up great. However it was showing signs of wear and the netting was starting to rip. Because I was so happy with the first one, I decided to purchase another upper bounce. This one is a 12-ft where my original was only 10 ft. It's not to difficult to put together, just time consuming. My daughter loves it!

Love this trampoline!
This is the best purchase we made this year (actually was a Santa gift for our 7 year old). I've always wanted one, so went for the larger size for family fun. It's big, has great bounce and is nicely netted and spring protected. Way better quality than the ones I've seen around the neighborhood. For the price, it's amazing. I use it for exercise, I actually do cardio on it and use a skipping rope - plenty of room for that. We even lay on it at night to star-gaze and it is cozy. We also purchased the sprinklers and those are awesome for hot summer days!

Update 1 year old
We had this up in 40 mins . Follow directions and have 2 people is a must. Enclosed was all the tools you need. The puller for the springs did the job well and we had no issues with it. Perfect size and weight limit of 330pds allows most adults to get in and bounce. Solid set. We opted to use sand bags to hold down. They do sell anchors set for this model. You really should use something to hold it in place in case of wind or over jump achievers!....update 7 months later...foam around enclosure dry rotted in the sun and caps on top of poles did as well. So now no foam and netting hangs . we has to rig it to hold up net. Other than that the rest has held up to 8 grandkids 2 to 13. No sag.At 7 months foam gone and caps...by 1 year all netting straps dry rotted away. You'll have to rig net to poles but its easy fix.Great news is the trampoline pad is as good as new and although the straps that attach net to poles is long rotted away the net its self is in good shape. Frame great springs great even with daily use.All in all good deal but you would think being an outside item that the uv protection for the foam and plasic would be top notch and it is not.HAPPY HIGH JUMP'N.

Rusted and dangerous after 4 years
After 4 years, the rings on the trampoline mat that attach to the spring rusted through completely and the springs started falling off. We were very fortunate that the whole trampoline did not collapse with a child on it.

Good product. Damaged & Missing parts.
Liked: my son has fun on it. Safety net around, is a great safety feature.Disliked: the item looked like it was used. The packaging inside was completely a mess. The bottom levels were broken except for a couple. The u-shape shape leg was missing. Customer service timelines were long. Received item 3.23.21 and on the same day I notified customer service that times were damaged and missing. Received the damaged replacement on 4.13 and had to contact customer service that missing part was not received. On 4.27 the final missing part was received. Over a month to have a complete jumper. Very frustrating! Why did I not return? The box weighs more than 130 lbs and was too difficult to transport back for a return.
