Great value & super versatile!
Really happy with this 1kg bag of chia seeds, such great value for money and the quality is amazing. The seeds are clean, fresh, and have a nice consistency when soaked. I’ve used them for loads of chia pudding recipes and they turn out perfect every time! Thick, creamy, and really satisfying. What I love most is how versatile they are. You can add them to smoothies, yoghurt, oats, or even sprinkle them over meals for a quick boost. They absorb liquid really well and create that classic gel texture without going clumpy. Plus, a little goes a long way, so this bag lasts ages which makes it even more worth it. Overall, a great staple to have in the kitchen if you’re into easy, healthy recipes. Definitely recommend!

A Nutritious Powerhouse - Terrafertil Nature's Heart Chia Seeds!
Terrafertil Nature's Heart Chia Seeds have become an essential superfood in my daily routine. As a health-conscious individual, I am thrilled with the nutritional benefits and versatility that these chia seeds offer. First and foremost, the quality of these chia seeds is outstanding. They are 100% natural and free from any additives or preservatives, ensuring that I am getting the purest form of nutrition. The 1 kg package provides a generous supply, allowing me to incorporate these nutrient-packed seeds into various recipes and meals. Chia seeds are renowned for their incredible nutritional value, and Terrafertil's offering is no exception. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and essential minerals, they are a powerhouse of nutrients that support overall well-being. I often sprinkle them on my morning smoothies, salads, or yogurt for an extra boost of nutrients. The seeds have a pleasant mild taste that complements a wide range of dishes. They add a subtle crunch and nutty flavor, enhancing both sweet and savory recipes. I also love how chia seeds can be used as a vegan egg substitute in baking, making them a versatile and healthier alternative. The resealable packaging keeps the chia seeds fresh and ensures their longevity. This feature is especially appreciated as I can easily store and access the seeds without worrying about them losing their nutritional potency. I've noticed a positive impact on my digestive health since incorporating chia seeds into my diet regularly. The high fiber content aids in digestion and provides a feeling of fullness, making them a valuable addition to my weight management efforts. In conclusion, Terrafertil Nature's Heart Chia Seeds have exceeded my expectations and become a staple in my kitchen pantry. Their nutritional value, versatility, and excellent quality make them an invaluable superfood. If you're seeking a natural and nutrient-dense addition to your diet, I highly recommend these chia seeds. Kudos to Terrafertil for delivering such a fantastic product that promotes overall health and wellness!

Good quality chia seeds and easy to add to meals
Been using these mainly in overnight oats, smoothies, and yogurt, and the quality seems really good so far. The seeds absorb liquid well and create the usual thick chia texture without clumping too badly if stirred properly. I like that they’re easy to add into everyday meals without really affecting the flavour much. They’re also useful if you’re trying to add a bit more fibre or omega-3 into your diet naturally. The 1kg bag lasts quite a long time, so it works out decent value if you use chia seeds regularly. The downside is that the bag is fairly large and can be awkward to store once opened. Like most chia seeds, they can also become quite gel-like quickly if left sitting too long in liquid, which won’t be for everyone texture-wise. I’ve mostly been using them for breakfast recipes and they’ve been a simple way to make meals feel a bit more filling without much effort.

Excellent Value
Chia seeds are a fairly commoditised product I think. One chia seed is as good as another, and there are little to no differences between brands. I bought this particular product as per kg the seeds were very cheap. Buying at this price point is a fraction of what you would pay in supermarkets. Buying a 1kg bag will last anyone for a long time and means you get that cheaper bulk price. Chia seeds themselves are a great and very easy way to et some extra protein into your diet, particularly for vegans or vegetarians. They don't taste of anything so they won't alter the taste of a dish. Also they are too small to give much of a crunch, so won't change the texture of a dish either. I put chia seeds on my porridge and on most of my main meals, for a little protein boost. I don't add them to liquids, although plenty of people do I think. One thing to note here is that when in liquids the chia seeds form a sort of gel over time. Overall a very healthy product, easy to incorporate into diet, and at an excellent price.

Good quality at a good price
I have repeatedly purchased these due to them being much better value than is available in the shops, as well as good quality. They come in a resealable packet which is useful, although I have found it useful to store the packet in a bag due to the resealing function not always being the most reliable!

Great quality and value
I've been on a healthy eating kick since the start of the New Year, which included eating less processed food and incorporating more wholefoods and fibre into my diet. So, whilst shopping in Lidl I picked up a bag of chia seeds to incorporate into an "overnight oats" recipe that I'd been using. I was really impressed with the results, the texture and lack of any offensive or standout flavours, and have been eating it daily. However, the bags of seeds sold by Lidl were quite small (I think they've since gone out of stock), so I turned to Amazon to see what I could buy. It turns out that these seeds are actually much better value than the ones I was buying from Lidl. The bag is much bigger and the price per gram is less. The seeds seem a little bigger, but there's no appreciable difference in flavour, or the way that the seeds react in liquid. In fact, this brings me to an important notice, that Chia seeds swell in liquid, taking on a slimy texture (a bit like cooked tapioca). With this in mind, eating them dry is a no-no as they can swell in your throat, causing obvious problems. Letting them soak in a liquid such as milk (in my case almond milk) is probably the best idea. Anyway, back to the point that I was trying to make...... Good value big bag of Chia. Good quality and definitely worth the money. I heartily recommend and will be buying them again soon.

Perfect chia seeds, great value and quick delivery
I don’t write reviews as I always think they are fake but i had to write something in the hope of helping others….I suffer with constipation, bloated belly, lipodema amongst other health problems….anyway I been taking this religiously for only a week and on day 3 then I started to notice my bowel habits changing and today my friend took me out shopping and mentioned I looked flatter so yepee. I’m sure there are other health benefits but this does it for me with my problems. I only do 2 teaspoons in a glass of water leave it for about 10 min and it thickens up, hard to describe but the seed turns more into seed pulp. Has no flavour so if you can deal with the texture then this is fine however this morning I had it mixed in my porridge so it remained more harder. Still does not bring out any flavour. Don’t make the mistake of doing 2 tablespoon instead as that’s what I thought my friend said, as the next morning ihad very loose stools sorry to say but that wasn’t pleasant. Anyway I hope this helps someone. Oh and it was better value in price and size than tesco
