Hi, What are the dimensions of the box 4x AFBT200 bass traps?

Hi the box size is 450 x 450 x 950mm

Hello, is there a way to work out where exactly to position these? Rectangular room about 4m x 3xm, 2 monitors on desk & a sub on the floor..

I personally use these behind my studio monitors, and the larger ones in the opposite corners of the room diagonally opposite my monitors. You would need to treat the room and mentioned below. I also use these to isolate reverberation in the top corners of the room. They are really good for the price. Recommend!

What frequencies do these treat?

They wont treat bass that's for sure. i doubt they have much effect on anything below about 300hz. it's misleading to call these or any foam for that matter a "bass trap"

I have quite tall ceilings (310cm from floor) in my home theatre room. Would one of these in each corner do the job? If so, how far up the wall?

They're 960 to 1mtr long and 300 wide you'll need a lot of them I would have thought you would need wider, or you could buy the square one 600 x 600 and put them either side of the traps just to help, or curtains would do, just don't look so good, are you any where near me at Portsmouth
