This item is very good, no noise when in function, and the price is very good. The size is great and the water capacity is great. The item is also easy to use, function.

Customer satisfaction.
After a couple months, the fan began making a ticking noise at slow speed. I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately replaced the entire unit at no cost. Great customer service.

Works fine, great after sale service
Works fine. But my original unit died after 16 months. But ... The seller replaced it for free with my receipt. Now that's service.

Very poor quality
Worked well for about 2 months then it just suddenly stopped running one night, and then would not turn back on again. Seller never responded to get a replacement unit so Amazon thankfully processed a return even though it was after the return date.
