No, don't wash your hands. Let it seep into your skin. It is a concentrated cream so it will need to be rubbed in gently. I apply before bed, that gives it time to soak in for maximum benefit.

Will this cure and prevent bad hacks on my hands ? Tia

I really. Oils to say as I don't have hacks. I find this is an excellent hand team but when my hands get day and sometimes red and stingy in the winter time this is very good. However I would also use Aloe Vera to cure the stinging. I use this Neutrongena every night when I'm going to bed to help keep my cuticles in good condition. For hacks I highly recommend lots of Aloe Vera regularly.

Does this cream work to clear dark knuckles?

Yes. You must use it regularly as directed. Do not allow the hands to get very dry before reapplying sparingly. Not a product to apply in a thick layer in the hope it will help all day long. It is the only product that works for us - we work outside in all weathers. Extra attention can be applied to those areas in most need.
