My nails were splitting and had ridges too, left nail polish off for over a month and just used the oil every day morning and night and my nails have really improved 😊

Does it help nails damaged by gellish/shellac?

It kind of does but the best product for that is nailsinc overnight detox (something like that) it's pale green. That fixed mine like nothing else!
