Absolutely useless.
This product was used on both of us and both agreed.... it was completely useless It had no 'heat' properties whatsoever even reading instructions...again. Don't take a chance because it is cheaper. When I complained the rubbish excuse was they are the seller and I would have to contact the manufacturer, which is not correct as my contract is with the seller, so a cop out by this retailer indicating to avoid.
