Simply put, this is the best frisbee ever designed. It's satisfying to throw, easy to catch and cleverly cuts through windy days at the park. The main point is how far you can throw this thing. It FLIES. No surprise the world record distance for a frisbee throw was made with this. This does double as a learning curve however, you throw a little too hard it just keeps going! make sure to play in a big open area - you'll need the space!

Wow. I mean just wow. This thing is absolutely unbelievably incredible. Especially if you're used to throwing a frisbee around for a while like I am. Throwing this after being used to a Frisbee is like stepping into a high performance racing car vs a road car. The sensation is so different and so much better I can't overstate it enough. This thing is SMOOTH, it is effortless, it is super accurate and it goes FAR. FAR as in FAR. I don't doubt for a second that this thing set the world record (1300+ feet) in optimal conditions. For average throwers like the rest of us this thing is tons of fun on a large field. I played with it with my wife and we were so far apart that we couldn't even hear each other properly but we were easily able to make it reach each other. Bottom line: This thing sets a whole new standard in flying rings and once you've tried it you will never ever go back to a regular frisbee. Its almost illegal how effective this thing is at what its supposed to do. Can't recommend it enough. Wow.

Bought for my daughter for easter Holidays. Absolutely brilliant Frizbee. Good quality and flies really far. My only advice is the Frizbee itself is quite large and smaller children will struggle to throw it ! Other than that very happy

This is an amazing thing. Our two and a half year old boy can throw it 20-30 metres. With a bit of practice, any adult can get it to fly very straight over a remarkable distance. The only problem is that you therefore need very large open spaces to play with it. In fact, we just lost ours this morning, only the third time we ever took it out. First two times were practices in the local park. Today we took it to a huge open field on the edge of the village. I threw it as hard as I could. It flew about 100 metres very straight, at a height of about 3-4 metres - then a gust of air must have picked it up, as it went sailing up to the right, higher and higher, lifting over some trees (by now about 20 metres high, and about 150 metres distant - only just visible), over the adjacent road, over the roofs of the houses on the other side of the road and disappeared, still gaining height .... Fortunately, it is quite light, and has a soft rim, so we hope it didn't break any windows or hurt anyone. We didn't hear anything, in any case. We rang a few doorbells and checked in some back gardens, both in the street facing the field, and in the street backing onto that one, but no luck. Out little boy was very stoical: bye-bye frisbee, he's been saying ever since "whee, whee, into clouds, bye-bye" .... So, I'm back on amazon to buy another, in fact, I think I'll buy two this time.

Good frisbee - we have already lost one as it went that far and got stuck in a tree! Would recommend if you want a frisbee that can go a long distance.

This frisbee, sorry, aerobie, is tremendous fun, it really is insane how far this thing can fly without much effort. It's also long lasting, I've owned this for over 2 years and it still flies like it's fresh out of the packaging. You can position yourselves 50m apart and casually throw it between you, if you manage to find the sweetspot. However, if you don't quite throw it right or catch the wind in the wrong way, you could find that it comes back to you, or it veers left/right, or it sails over your target's head for another 100m or so. Despite and because of that unpredictability, this is great fun to use, and so satisfying when you get one to fly directly to your aim. The fact it's a ring also opens up lots of interesting ways to try and catch it - not just by sticking your arm through the gap, you can try to catch it on your foot or even over your head (that was a satisfying catch). This really is a lot of fun, and great exercise as it is inevitable that you will have to run to catch it at some point. It's particularly great to use in wide-open parks, but I wouldn't dare try it near any cliffs...

This flies extremely well, but our first broke in 20 mins. The central plastic fractured, without any significant impact, other than the muddy ground. A replacement broke similarly within 10 minutes. This is a major problem.

I love these super frisbees! As a flying toy these are fantastic, but they do come with a very real warning, and if you don't watch where and how hard your throw it, you will find yourself with a very long walk to collect it. I've managed to throw this over 200m with seemingly little effort. At that distance my dog just gave up chasing it. Get it right and it's great fun - who needs the dog? They are great for really exercising an energetic dog (as long as she will chase it) but I found mine responded better to throwing this along the ground like a wheel. It will go for 150m with little effort depending on the angle you start it off at - and the wind speed/direction. I have managed to get it to roll, at an angle and leaning slightly into the wind (like a sail), for well over 250m before it stopped. If you increase the angle you can get it to do a huge spiral around you which will send your dog into mad loops chasing it. Are these meant for kids, adults or dogs? Who cares: everyone will love it. The only problem is that the edges can get damaged quite easily, especially around dogs, so either buy several at once so you aren't left without your new favourite toy, or keep it away from a chewing dog.

We have always been a frisbee family. Now the kids are grown and we have grandkids. When they come up to visit, we like to go out in the yard and throw around the frisbee. Sometimes the kids bring up their dog and the dog likes to chase the frisbee too. Last trip up, the dog chewed up our frisbee so I had to find a new one. I ran across this ring on Amazon. Looked interesting and durable so I ordered the 13-inch ring to keep around the house for when we had visitors. When it arrived, the wife and I went out to the yard to test it out. Wow! Does this thing fly! It appears to have a metal ring surrounded by some kind of rubbery compound so that it is easy to catch and doesn't hurt your hand. It is open in the middle so it is easy to srap your hand around the ring to throw it. You can throw it side arm like a normal frisbee, or throw it with a baseball throw which works just as good and actually better if you want to throw it out and have it float down to the catcher. This thing FLIES! Wow - with little effort, it goes high and long. You need a big yard/field or have a place where there aren't any tall trees. I can guarantee that it will get up into a tall tree if you aren't careful. I have had to get the ladder out several times after my 7-year old granddaughter got it over our heads and into the trees. This thing is very easy to throw. Our 7-year old granddaughter can hold the ring easily and can get this ring going some unbelievable distances for such a small kid. She has trouble with a regular frisbee and we were constantly chasing her misdirected throws with the old style frisbee. But this thing is so easy, she has learned to float it and throw it so the other end can catch it without running for their life. It was so impressive that I have ordered another 13-inch ring and 4 10-inch rings so I can pass these around to each of the kids families and family back in Iowa. The 10-inch ring is even easier to throw and goes a long ways. The 13-inch ring goes further, but the 10-inch ring is no slouch to distance. I think the 10-inch ring is better for small hands and is a little easier to control. But both sizes are a blast. Target sells a similar ring made by whammo, but it is made with a cheap plastic ring that seems to break easily. The Aerobie rings use a metal kind of ring with a rubber compound surrounding it so that it doesn't hurt when you catch it, but it also doesn't break. Our ring has hit a few tree trunks, been caught in the upper branches of trees, slammed into a rock wall, and still flies perfectly. This is a great toy!

This frisbee goes so far! I have to throw the tennis ball four or five times to tire my dog out the same as with one throw of this frisbee. Even with him chewing it on the way back to me, it’s still goes very far on the next throw, and even when I don’t throw it properly and it curves sideways it still goes very far! No matter what my dog is going for a long run to retrieve my aerobie!
