Swim fins
I’ve been using these x 5 days a week and they are fantastic. They do not give you as much speed as normal fins but they help by making you do the kick properly.Can be used for all strokes, even breaststroke. I love them they make my swim fun and has corrected my imperfections.

A good second fin
Purchased these for one of my swimmers to use on breast stroke, the feedback was very positive, using them on other strokes is also good. Prolonged used causes blisters on heel. A bit awkward to adjust

Fantastic fins for pool workout
Fantastic fins for pool workout. Definitely more comfortable than short training fins. Turns your foot to the correct kicking position whilst swimming. Take up less room in your kit bag too!

Jury still out after months of use
Don't know what to think of those. I've been using them for a few months now and they don't feel like other fins. They suck for breastrokes but are OK for freestyle. Don't think they have helped my technique much but i guess they haven't hurt it either.

Helps breast stroke kick technique
very good for perfecting breast stroke kick....the straps around the back of the foot tend to slip off during flutter kick which is a bit annoying but next time i might try a paid of trainer socks
