These are a large container of 440 anobolic amino acids which are the building clocks of protein.Your body needs them for strength. I take these amino capsules daily and recently l got a clean bill of health at the doctors? Did these capsules contribute, well they have not harmed me to date! A bargain given their help to support musle growth, repair after work outs supporting your active body.

Upon further review, I've found the Olimp acted responsibly regarding this product and changed the manufacturing process with regard to the capsules. Thus, if the capsules are clear, then they were said to have capsules that have been reformulated and thus free from E171. In fairness, I will change my review to 5 stars as the product has served me well. I will continue to discard the capsule cover and use the powder in my smoothies as I've been doing from the start. I just received this product and was enthusiastic about adding it to my training regime. After reading a review that mentioned the ingredients, I did some checking on my own and found that the capsules are made with E171 which could not be declared safe for consumption. While the evidence is inconclusive, there is a concern about its "genotoxicity" (the ability of a substance to damage DNA). Maybe this is not a real concern with this product, but right now there's so sure way to tell. So while I don't know (yet) about the effectiveness of this product, I do know that I will not be swallowing the capsules. Thus, my (unqualified) recommendation is to use with caution.
