Sorry if this has already been asked: does it come with pepper already inside it?

Hi I have the salt grinder from this company and it comes with salt already in so I would guess it is the same for the pepper grinder.

The grinder I received just has big holes under the cap and the peppers just fall out whole. I don't see any way anything could get 'ground', faulty??

the actual grinder is underneath the big holes .Sounds as if a bit is missing to me.

If the grinder parts are plastic wont I be grinding plastic particles onto my food

No as the parts aren’t grinding against each other, only peppercorns (or salt pieces or whatever your version is) as they get trapped between the cogs. It works perfectly, right down to the last bit, and the whole container is recyclable. Hope that helps!

How on earth do you actually grind the pepper using this?? The whole corns are just falling out

You turn it upside down and twist it back and forth; simple only grounded pepper comes out. Maybe you’re just shaking it!. It’s a brilliant product but you obviously have to twist it as there’s blades in head of it to cut/grind peppercorns. Try again.
