Only used the fibre ones. Was painting satin posts, chopped the fibres off with scissors so very little pile left. Worked well for me.

Okay, not great.
Needed some small rollers for a job, ordered these. They did the job ok, but they're definitely not first rate.I'm not a professional,so don't buy Purdey and the like, but I usually use Hamilton or Harris. I think Hamilton is part of the Harris company. Anyway the said two makes are very good, especially for the money. So I think I will stick with them in future as the price difference between them and the item I'm reviewing was negligible.
