I love this product. It does work well for hair skin and nails but you will have to double the dose of the one pill a day to see a noticeable difference, otherwise you will have to use it for at least 6 weeks to see a difference. Priced reasonably.

It's good, but until one point, where your joints feel stiffer then they should.I don't know why this type of collagen I can't take it for a longer period of time without having the opposite effect in my body, which is to stiffen my joints. I don't know why collagen would do that either.I couldn't take the whole package, it be came useless after my joints and muscles got stiffee instead of flexible.
