The plus points are that the silicone is sturdy and durable, and chocolates pop fairly easily out of the moulds.However, I found the large sheet a bit unwieldy and difficult to manage. It was awkward to get the chocolates out of the middle moulds, owing to the relatively large size of the silicone sheet as a whole. It would have been much better to have two smaller sheets, rather than one large one.I also found the individual moulds were smaller than I wanted. Once the melted chocolate has been put in to coat the bottom and sides there is not a lot of space left for fillings, bearing in mind that more chocolate needs to go on top to seal them.I have since acquired a set of individual moulds, where each chocolate is made of a totally separate and stand alone piece of silicone. I like these much better, because each mould is a little larger and allows for more filling - and it is also easier to remove the chocolates from the moulds because I can handle each one individually.So I have no issue with the quality of the silicone in this item, but I have since found moulds that suit me better elsewhere.

Lovely smooth, shiny finish to chocolates! It was fairly easy to pop chocolates out of mold (one design does not come out well and leaves a little behind). If making filled chocolates, it needs a thick case, as bending mold can crack the chocolate when removing. Easy enough to clean in warm-hot water. I bought another, so it must be alright!

Really easy to use, no need to oil moulds just make sure it is perfectly clean and dry.My only bug bear is that one of the moulds has very small gaps so created some air bubbles on the top of the chocolates (see photo). Will try to paint the inside more carefully next time.

The shapes are good, and it's very flexible, meaning the chocolates are easy to get out. It has a good selection of shapes, just right for making up a box of handmade chocolates. 5* for these points.However, its flexibility is also a disadvantage in that it bent and spilled chocolate out of the moulds when I was carrying it to the freezer. To solve this, I have cut it in two across its middle, so I've now got two sets of three rows. This enables me to keep sufficient tension across its length while carrying to the freezer. Another technique I employ is to set a block of ice cubes underneath the mould while pouring my liquid chocolate into them. I then leave them to set just enough to create some surface tension, before moving them to the freezer without spillage.Net score, 3*.

Used this to make flavoured chocolate with my 100% dark chocolate which gets a bit boring on its own after a while. Mixed it with nuts, fruit pieces and some flavouring extracts. Easy to use, lovely shapes for the chocolates and quite easy to clean. A bit tricky to get it dry if you want to make the next batch fairly soon after but that’s a very small niggle.

This is a great product and very easy to use as well. The shapes are nice and the end product is really good as well. My wife was always keen to make chocolates and getting this has really inspired her to try out a few different recipes.It is easy to clean and it is of a great quality as well. This would last a very long time and produces great results as well. Time for some chocolate!
