I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review so I could give jojoba oil a fair chance. I bought it because I was getting lots of little bumpy white spots on my forehead which looked awful - the type you can't cover with make-up. Despite taking my make up off before bed every night, I just couldn't shift the spots and when someone suggested jojoba oil for this, I was like 'OIL? On my oily skin? How will that help?' But now I'm eating my words, I love jojoba oil! Within less than a week I was already noticing a huge improvement and the bumpy spots on my forehead were reduced hugely. Now, after three months of using it, I have no bumpy spots whatsoever and the skin all over my face is soft, smooth and glowing. It's really improved my confidence. I know this product is recommended for oily skinned people to make their skin less oily, with the idea that by jojoba oil mimicking the sebum that your skin produces, your skin will think it's produced enough already and therefore not produce anymore. I wouldn't say I've noticed a reduction in oiliness if I'm honest but there are so many other benefits of this product and it has never once made me break out - the complete opposite. This is the first moisturiser I've ever used that doesn't make me break out, I avoided using one in the past and suffered dry (but still oily!) skin as a result. A good tip with this is to really massage it into you skin rather than just applying it and letting it sit on the surface. And you only need a tiny bit, meaning the bottle lasts ages. Would recommend this brand of jojoba oil 100%.

Last year my skin was dull, thick, a combination between extremely oily and extremely dry and I had massive pores on my cheeks and nose, grainy texture and anything that is associated with bad skin (apart from acne, thanks god!). This was mainly results of all those cheap skin make up products and lazy make up removing regime of my teenage days. I have tried everything to fix the damage, but nothing gave serious results. This until I have read about the benefits of jojoba oil and I have decided to give it a go. It seriously solved ALL my skin problems, I am still shocked by the difference when I look at myself in the mirror - not just the blemishes and big pores are gone (or pretty much invisible) - my skin complex and texture also changed dramatically. This is the only jojoba oil I have tried and it's amazing and it is worth every penny. I have been applying it every single night for the past couple of months - after cleaning my skin with a good and mostly natural cleansing soap (forget the supermarket ones!) and an electrical spinning brush. The brush definitely gave a big contribution - but with the brush alone my skin gets flaky and even more oily (because the brush strip so much of the natural skin oils). I highly recommend this product, everyone with skin problems should buy it!

I use this and Immortal's oil for hair growth as a remedy recommended by a dermatologist. And it does wonders for my hair and hair growth rate. I had poor quality hair texture, and also hair was thin and not growing that much on the top of the head. After using this, and Taoist soap, with scalp massage, I have to go to the salon more often, and my hair texture and look has improved so much, my own sister thought i was doing some treatments for hair. Recommended for all hair types

I wanted an organic oil in a large size to use as a body oil, one which was lightweight, no strong fragrance and non greasy as my skin type is slightly dry and I get eczema. This oil seems perfect, like most oils it is best to apply it to a damp skin so I dampen my hands under running water. But where I have very dry skin which is on my hands only, I apply it neat. But it is not moisturising enough for very dry skin, so I put a thick hand cream over the top, which works well as when I was using the hand cream on its own it was too sticky. I use less over the jojoba oil which gives a better non sticky result. I have not had any spots as a result of using this oil, which I was wary of as I am a bit spot prone and the comedogenic value of this oil is 2. It is also relatively low in oleic acid which again is what I was looking for as oils high in oleic acid are not good for eczema prone skin.

I require items that are Organic, “Cold Pressed” & “Unrefined.” I mistakenly ordered this Jojoba oil because when placing my order, I did not realise that this specific item was not advertised or labelled as “Unrefined”. When I received the item, I noticed that Naissance NEW labelling lacks the wordings Cold Pressed” as claimed, which also contradict Amazon’s advertising (“Cold Pressed”). This inconsistency between labelling and advertising is ambiguous and potentially misleading. While I appreciate the quality produced by Naissance, the labelling and advertising inconsistency has led me to lose confidence in their products. This is a huge inconvenience as now I must return this item and re-order. Over-all, this is a huge disappointment and inconvenience. as now I must return this item and re-order.

I absolutely love this product. It smells lovely, feels great and is non-comodogenic, due to it being so close in structure to the skin's own oils. As it says, it is very balancing, so if you have dry OR oily skin, it will work for you. You don't need to use much either, a very thin layer will keep you moisturized all night/day. If you put too thick a layer on, you will look quite quite greasy and shiny. I personally only tend to use it at night for that reason, but I have used it in the day. I think the only main drawback, is if you use it on your forehead and you have fine hair, it will make your fringe greasy. It's anti-inflammatory too though, so great for zits and stuff. Use Heliocare gel sunscreen in the day, and this at night like I do. works really well for me.

I like this brand very much, it isn't the first time I buy an oil from Naissance. But this time it was not protected for transport at all and some of it spilled in the package. It was already open when I received it since the oil dissolved glue. I hope next time I will receive it wrapped in a foil at least.

Really good oil, feels very silky on the skin and absorbs fast. Tiny downside is the smell for me, it reminds me of cloves.

This oil is so great for my hair as a male, it helps me comb my hair so good and keep it in the same style without harming my scalp or hair like wax and gel do. No iching tho i dont recommend keeping it on ur head for more than a day or 2 (just a note for those that doesnt shower -_-)
