Easy assembly
Bought for my husband who is 6ft 8in so needed something sizeable and sturdy. Assembly took less than 10 mins and it’s super comfy. Very pleased with the overall look and feel.

Good chair
I don't use the pillows provided. Hair clip gets in the way of head pillow and lumbar pillow seems to be too large and that makes it useless. Last few days I have decided to use it regardless, thinking it may soften up eventually and become useful, if that doesn't work I will pull out the foam and cut it to make it thinner. Even without the provided pillows I'm satisfied with the rest of the chair. Its firm, but not too firm. Decent quality at good price point (relative to other brands of racing/gaming chairs). I like the design but, thats down to personal taste, the only problem I have is the poor lumbar support. Chair can be tilted back, you can use it as a rocking chair if you want, you can lock it tilted back, you can adjust the hand rest up down, forward-back and left-right. It can be tucked under the desk even with handles above or below the desk and that creates more space in your room when nobody is using it. If you wish, you can lie down on it if you wish because it back side tilts so far back. I am 182cm and 90ish kg and it fits perfect for me. The smaller version I bought for my gf would be too small for me, and regardless this one looks much more sturdy with bigger wheels and overall more robust at first glance I'd advise it even for shorter ppl over normal pro racing, but that one is a good chair too. I give it 4 star instead of 5 because the pillows provided are not that useful and are now taking up space in my office drawer, but take that with a grain of salt, it just might be my and my gfs personal preference..

Very comfortable gaming chair!
This is the best gaming chair I have ever bought! The size of it is perfect and it was very easy to put together as we were 2 people doing it. I highly recommend this chair for anyone who will be sitting for long hours.

A long overdue upgrade!
I first bought a GT OMEGA chair nearly 11 years ago and it's been my go-to ever since. I've long grown accustomed to the fabric version of the chair but after so much use the fabric was beginning to wear through in places and I decided it was time to upgrade, so straight to Amazon I went to nab a new and shiny upgrade.I'm not a particular large person but I do enjoy crossing my legs whilst seated, so the PRO XL was about as perfect as I could get; except that it used the synth leather rather than the fabric I'd grown so used to. I was a little dubious, mostly because of the dreaded 'sweaty leather' feel that a lot of chairs tend to have.Well, that's not an issue. The chair is perfectly sized for me to sit with my legs crossed (or generally brought up) and the leather is perfectly fine after prolonged periods of sitting around. I was unlucky enough to be sent a chair with the wrong caster wheels, but after just a handful of messages to GT OMEGA they sent me a replacement set that arrived more-or-less a day later.Overall, very happy with this chair and how comfy it is. With any luck I'll be using this one for the next 10-12 years before needing to look for a new upgrade. Highly recommended!

The Pro XL is ideal for 6'4 18 stone guys.
The chair came and, after some initial confusion looking for screws... even though it clearly says on the box that the screws are installed in the chair out of the box... It took me about an hour to put it together myself. Not going to lie... It's easier if you have someone to hold the chair steady, or at least the corner of a table to place the item on while inserting bits to the bottom. The chair itself is well structured, feels like it'll support my weight for years and has mod cons you just don't get in the cheaper chairs you find; knee tilt, back tilt, 4-dimensional armrest movement, big casters and looking metal.Only point for improvement, the head-rest appears to be a poorly thought through add-on, as it doesn't hold to the top of the chair well at all. On an XL chair, you can expect users heads to be at the top of the chair. The strap let's the wedge-shape headrest drop to shoulder height. (It's clearly the right way up looking at the logo).Otherwise it is a BEAUTIFUL chair. Have confidence buying one.

Turned up, i hated it, now i love it, had a fault, they fixed it.. what can i say?
If it's broken, just reach out to them and they will help.I usually think that if something gets broken or creates a fault, the companies often don't care and you have to go through so much to get help, but if you reach out to them in messages, they do their best to help you.I got used to the chair and really go love it now, i actually flipped my lid when it developed issue, but i reached out and they helped me and quickly too.
