I have used for nearly a year for chronic fatigue. I can't say it's a miracle cure but it certainly helps. I had a few days without recently when it was delayed in the post and I was certainly a lot worse. I take 3 a day along with adrenal glandulars

I first took Adrenergize on the recommendation of a practitioner. My energy did noticeable improve after 3 or 4 days but I think you need to take these very consistently for several months to see a real difference.
