I decided to buy this as I loved the fact it produces more of a wavy curl rather than a tighter curl. I have very long hair and don’t particularly like curls but this is perfect for beachy, wavy hair.

Great curls (if you don't mind burning your fingers) but not durable or reliable. I used it twice and the third time I plugged it in and tried to switch it on it was completely dead. I sent it back for a refund (not straightforward, the seller doesn't make it easy) and got a Tymo curl pro instead - much better, easier and better made.

Bought this for my niece, who is a hairdresser. It produces a lovely loose curl that really holds for hours (unless it's raining, of course), even when used on curl resistant hair, and with the right product & hair type it would no doubt hold all day. You can vary how tight the curl is by how long you hold it, though if you want a tighter ringlet style curl I expect you'd prefer the 25mm CurlBar instead of the 32mm. I think the hand grip is more ergonomic than a standard straight curling wand or those hair straighteners that can also curl, so the grip that the user has on it is more natural & easy to maintain for repeated application - although I can only speak from observing its use by a professional on a client and so don't know if the same holds true for using it on yourself. That said, whether using on yourself or someone else, I think it's probably better for preventing you from accidentally altering the temperature gauge & it's the same kind of grip as a hair dryer which pretty much everyone is familiar with. The unique design also makes it look like stylish & like something a bit more special too, in my opinion anyway. I especially liked that it has a timer that vibrates to let the user know when it's time to release the hair rather than making a noise as I'm sure that that can get annoying in an already somewhat noisy salon. I only took a star off (would only have taken half a star but that's not an option) because the way you have to hold the tip of the hair in place while waiting for the curl to take almost guarantees burnt fingers at some point (in fact the first time my niece used the one I bought her she burnt her finger even though she's familiar with using a 25mm CurlBar) or you'd fail to curl the hair as fully as possible; so it would have been good if it came with a heat resistant mitt or even a finger guard or something. I really would recommend the CurlBar, even though it's expensive for a curling tool, it really does a good job and my niece was very pleased to get one of her own.

Dieser Lockenstab ist einfach nur toll. Noch nie habe ich so schnell so tolle Wellen in mein sehr langes Haar bekommen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ich "liebe" ihn :-D

Produit reçu déjà utilisé !!!!! Les câbles étaient détachés le carton re scotché !!!!! De plus il manque l'adaptateur secteur 220v Français !!!! Le produit était censé être neuf!!! Lamentable !
