I have been using these for years and be it a placebo or not, my bad genuinely feels better taking these and I notice the difference if I don't take them for a week or so. Great supportive combination of vitamins for those of us who can't have dairy especially.

I have neck issue I think after this I don’t feel that much pain, after my surgery my neck was hurting a bit, it is very useful

Just too big. It’s a shame as it seems a quality product - they make gag, so obviously I’m reluctant to take them.
