Is it ok to use these products on regular hair that has not had the keratin treatment?

I don't see why not but you could find a cheaper sulphate free shampoo and conditioner from boots. This shampoo is salt free and mainly used for those who have had keratin treatments to preserve the treatment. It works well for that reason but if I never had the treatment I would opt for something else.
