Ignore the review with the snapped string on delivery. That pic appears to show the strap on the uke which it doesn’t come attached therefore I assume this person has played it, snapped the string and had no clue so decided to return the order. I have a £200 Bushman Soprano uke, and a £500 Mele Tenor uke. This Donner Concert uke is amazing for £45. The strings it comes with sound nice once tuned and played for a while, which stretches them out. I still may swap the strings for more expensive, firmer strings. The neck is smooth and the overall build is great. It looses points though for the positioning of the strap button on the neck by the 12th fret. If you play high up you can feel it. Whilst writing this I can see that it can be unscrewed and removed so if not using a strap it resolves the issue. All round though I would recommend this ukefor beginners (to get a nice start) and for intermediates not looking to pay hundreds for an instrument. This is for my little niece for Christmas, and after testing it I’m confident she’ll love it. * the gig bag is decent too and comes with a great DT2 tuner of which I’ve ordered another for myself.

I purchased this Tenor Ukulele as an addition to compliment my Concert Banjolele and I'm not disappointed at all. The quality of this 26" Tenor is exceptionally good and it certainly stands up to the various online reviews positively. If you have large hands, the neck and fretboard are far more user friendly than the stock Concert size neck and fretboard, this 26" Ukulele also produces a very rich and mellow tone. Would I recommend this Tenor Ukulele to a beginner or intermediate player?....... Yes, without any shadow of a doubt.

I didn't know what make or size ukulele to get so I decided on a Concert. With stubby finger's I thought this best but upon reflection maybe a wide neck Concert or a Tenor fitted with GCEA strings would have been better in the early stages of learning. Having said that I seem to be coping now. As for the Ukulele, it looks better than the pictures, the feel in your hand is nice too. The quality of the construction is 8/10 as the fret board is very very slightly out of alignment and the sound hole slightly off centre. I've noticed these but the rest of my family hasn't. It's value for money as a beginner so it fits the requirements.

Arrived within 2 days. A well packaged parcel. The Ukelele is brilliant, sounds good, complete with accessories. I downloaded a free app for tuning the uke. The app was more reliable than the one provided. I didn’t mind it however because it was a good deal.

Excellent quality

It's a perfect bundle for someone like me who wanted to start a hobby without spending too much in case it didn't work out. As it happens I am enjoying it. The Uke is neat, with a nice tone, plain but smart. I can tune it myself easily and I can keep it protected in the case. A really amazing buy for the money.

The ukulele works as it should, and it sounds nice to me. I haven't used the tuner, or the strap so can't comment on those. I may have strummed a bit to vigorously with one of the plectrums as it snapped in half after only a few hours use but the next one of them didn't do that, and it was probably my fault rather than a problem with the product. Even if it was, plectrums is where you want them to cheap out- the ukulele is good :-)

Got this today. Very well packaged. Was completely surprised how well constructed this is and how good a tone it produces. Considering all that comes with it, the price is amazing. I am just a beginner. Maybe if I knew more I would be able to say some ways in which it is not so good, but I can't do that. To me it is simply superb. I am a retired pastor and I know that even the modest price of this Uke may well be beyond many of you, but even if it takes a while if you are in that situation, I hope you might be able to get one at some point in the not too distant future. If you are in the fortunate position of having enough to buy one for yourself - or even for someone you know would like one but cannot afford it - go ahead and buy one. You won't be disappointed. Have put a wee review on Youtube.

Desde el primer contacto, se nota que el ukelele está muy bien construido. La madera de caoba (o del material correspondiente) ofrece un acabado elegante y robusto. Las uniones están bien logradas, sin imperfecciones, y el tacto transmite durabilidad y mimo por los detalles. Al tocarlo, responde con un sonido cálido y claro, ideal tanto para principiantes como para quienes buscan un instrumento fiable para practicar o grabar. Las cuerdas incluidas tienen buena tensión y el clavijero mantiene la afinación durante sesiones largas. Un acierto en cuanto a calidad-precio. Se nota que no es un juguete, sino un instrumento que invita a seguir aprendiendo y disfrutando.

Ho acquistato questo Ukulele per regalarlo a mio figlio come primo strumento musicale. Sono rimasto molto sorpreso positivamente quando l’ho ricevuto, perché onestamente sembra di ottima fattura e con una relazione qualità prezzo molto alta. Arrivato in una scatola Amazon grande con molta carta per attutire i colpi, all’interno conteneva un’alta scatola, la confezione vera e propria dello strumento. L’ukulele viene correlata con una bellissima custodia ben imbottita ed alcuni accessori: tracolla, accordatore, 4 corde aggiuntive in nylon, 4 plettri e panno per la pulizia. Suona realmente bene e per le caratteristiche dello strumento, è piccolo, molto leggero e non c’è bisogno di fare molta pressione sulle corde il che lo rende ideale per essere usato anche dai bambini. Mi ritengo soddisfatto dell’aquisto.

Buen producto y aparentemente bien fabricaado. Buen sonido.
