My son really enjoyed choosing different endings and being able to read this a few times. Will be purchasing similar books in the future.

Bought as gift for Stranger Things obsessed tween. Don’t know if they’ve even opened it, but the cover makes me happy.

Always loved the Choose your own adventure books! So I had to get this one. It’s great!

Yeah I watched the stranger things , the Good luck kids really ate it up too- it’s a pretty good show and homage to the 80’s - Which - I’ll opine- I was not nostalgic for at the time , but seem to be now since everything these days is just some ongoing managed state of societal erosion across all aspects of life . I miss you 1980’s. Anyways , back to the book - It prolly belongs in every stocking out there this Christmas- The preteen set will be giddy to make decisions for the number 11 kid and her band of misfit, but well intentioned weirdo friends as they fight “the man” and the upside down thing skeletor guy simultaneously (along with 25 other side plots which for an old person are kinda hard to follow) . Also of note: this is Big hefty book size ( not your historically sized back jeans pocket fitting chose-your-own-adventures book) with large print for all the bad vision being caused by screen time over usage . BTW - Keep that head on a swivel , you never know when a glowing tree or wall portal opens and you might fall in #RIP Barb ! - Good Luck Kid .

A great treat for any ST fan (who also reads). The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is bc I’m a big reader— and the writing was pretty simple- not many details or descriptions like a book person might be used to— but never the less this was SUCH a fun read. The reader is gender neutral, and a highschool student who, like Nancy, is obsessed with journalism and aspires to be a reporter for the paper. Reading level is appropriate for kids who are advanced enough to read a kid/tween novel, and equally as entertaining for adults.

I, rather often, have talked to my children about the old Choose Your Own Adventure books. At work I reference processes and say, you know, like the old choose your own adventure books! Some get it, some don't. Our son is going to his best friend's birthday party next week and they both love Stranger Things. I purchased the book for both of them so they can compare notes on how their stories are going. Our son (8) thinks this is awesome. You know your child, so it may be intimidating in a novel format for that age but we talked about how it's many stories in one book and not a straight read through. Thank you for continuing a great reading style tradition for another generation. :)

Any of these endings are better than what the Duffers did.

Larger print and spaced out which is great for kids with learning disabilities who still want to read mainstream and popular titles. Choose your own adventure is an automatic draw for many kids, add in Stranger Things and it's even better. Anything that encourages reading is a win. Nephew loved this

I got it for my 13 yr old daughter. She said it was ok, but Stranger Things is "not popular anymore", so in that way it wasnt worth it. I do think its a very well made product, however, so if you like Stranger things its a good purchase.

Ho comprato questo libro attratto dal fatto che da ragazzo i libri-game non mi dispiacevano ed ero curioso di leggere la storia a tema stranger things. Nello specifico, riprende la quarta stagione della serie, seguendone gli avvenimenti, ma in modo assolutamente piatto e senza colpi di scena. Non succede assolutamente nulla in pratica in tutto il libro se non un paio di situazioni in cui davvero scegliere una delle due opzioni ha una qualche valenza. I finali sono orribili, anche quelli "corretti", lo scontro finale con Vecna non è nemmeno descritto ma completamente sorvolato. Insomma, non ne vale la pena, risparmiate i soldi e comprate altro.

Pretty lame. It really tries to force you onto certain results, and there aren't enough choices. All in all, very underwhelming, although a big fan of the show might like it.

This product turned up in great condition and in good time. I grew up on these books (Choose Your Own Adventure) as a kid and to see it with one of the all time best shows was just a thrill.
