What is the weight and texture of the paper?

It's actually 160gsm, and it's very smooth but ever so slightly textured, hardly at all to be honest, but just ever so slightly. Certainly ideal for drawing and sketching, but thick enough that pens and markers won't bleed and will hold up to watercolours well.

How does this cope with multiple layers of coloured pencil?

Its a good quality paper but not as good as Strathmore Vellum or Toned. It has a good amount of tooth and working with light layers can can reach desired results. If you want to see your art improve, I would invest a little more and go for Strathmore.

Will this paper be ok to put throuhg a printer

If your machine can take 160gsm paper then yes , but I wouldn’t do it .

can i use watercolour paints on it?

might work if paint has very little water
