I bought one of these in a Love’s Travel Stop. It was great. I wanted to find them so searched Amazon. Was thrilled to find the same company. However, the ones from Amazon were NOT the same, burned super quickly, and nowhere near the quality that I found in the travel stop. Very disappointed. Will not buy again until I travel, again. Okay- after burning the scent I bought at the Travel stop I will say it’s much better. I’m amending my review but GET the caramel pecan scent for sure. Much much better.

I feel strange writing a review about candles, but here goes. I bought 3 of these Cedarwood Vanilla scented candles, 1 for myself and 2 as gifts. The people that can smell these have told me they smell fantastic, and I have to agree. I don't smell cedar in this candle, honestly, but the vanilla is all there. It's a very airy scent, not thick at all. This would be a candle that would mix well with baked goods in the cold Winter nights curled up by a fire or on the warm Summer nights watching the stars. I'm sure there are plenty of other scents that could just as easily work for those opposite times of the year, but I can only speak of the Cedarwood Vanilla scent.So far, I'm a little less than halfway through the burn time, I guess 40 hours of burning passes quickly, even at 3-4 hours at a time! What motivated me to purchase from this company was mostly to get away from Yankee Candle. They make fine candles, but I think their prices are over-the-top and that this was a good buy from a brand I hadn't heard of before I stumbled across it looking for cedar-scented candles and such.It's a good candle. Spend your money on it, if you like vanilla mixed with something else. I don't think it smells like cedar, having at one time made/had a hand-carved Red Cedar heartwood stick.

I was really excited to order this candle. I love having candles in my home and when cheaper candles can deliver great scents I am all for it. I read all of these reviews and was so excited to receive this candle in the mail. Today, I have had this candle for one week and have burned it nearly every day.No 5th star - It does not burn evenly. I have only burned it for maybe 20-hours and it is already slanted towards one side while the other side remains filled with wax. I will attach picture.No 4th star - There is no scent unless you are so close to the candle you might burn yourself. I have continued to light it thinking it needs to be "broken in" but still no smell.No 3rd star - Everyone's reviews included being able to smell it from the box. Not the case for me. I couldn't smell it from the box and I also cannot smell it when it is lit.2nd star - Wick was held in place during packaging and this was nice because it ensured that the wick would remain in a good location even if the candle had melted during travel.1st star - Mason jar packaging is cute and candle is easier/safer to move with handle (vs. grabbing hot candle base)

Purchased on March 12th, 2014, it is now June 12th, 2015. Have had this candle for a little over a year and it still has roughly half left to burn through. Have been using it sparingly whenever the mood sets.This candle has a great scent and will last for a very long time, depending on use. The flame on the wick will tend to burn rather high unless you trim the wick after every use. The glass will also be tainted as the candle runs low. Not a huge deal and expected. Not really much else to say, it's a pretty great candle.

I love this company, I buy my candles exclusively from them because of the amazing value and how long they last! Such great quality, the scent fills a room in a matter of minutes. This isn't my favorite scent that they make; I prefer the Smell My Nuts candle. Still a great product and I would recommend trying these out if you're spending lots of money on yankee candles or even bath and body works candles. These last me months of burning them multiple times a week and they are just 11 bucks!

Smelling into the jar I got quite excited for this candle I've been looking for a solid manly candle to warm my home with the aroma of awesome. Popping open the lid I knew this was going to be the magic horse that would ride me into awesome aroma town.Lighting this pup up I quickly discovered that it must have left it's passport at home because it couldn't take me to Aroma Town, it left me alone with the flicker of fire and the scent of nothing.I leaned in closer and count smell the faint smell of cedar and vanilla but had to scurry away before the flame singed my beard.The jars are cool, the price is fair for a candle, the scent just isn't strong enough during the burn.

I really love candles, especially vanilla scents. This is by far my favorite Vanilla candle yet! I'm always cautious about scented candles because some of them are so strong smelling that it's almost nauseating. This scent is the perfect mix of Vanilla and Cedarwood. The wood smell cuts the vanilla right at the point it should so that it's not super sweet. We're in a split level apartment and the scent fills our entire living room and lingers onto the other floors which is great because you can smell it when you walk in. The mason jar is a very cute look. The price is also very reasonable compared to other candles this size and it's a mix wax with some soy so it probably doesnt have as much harmful smoke.

I have to say, I was really hoping this would smell more like cedar than vanilla. Unlit, you can smell some cedar, but when it's lit and the scent begins to fill the room, it's pretty heavy vanilla. Not an unpleasant vanilla, but no real cedar scent, not even traces of it. I was a little disappointed by this. The quality of the candle itself however is very good, I've ordered several of these in the past and been very happy.

I was looking for a cedar or sandalwood scented candle and took a chance and ordered this one. The scent is exactly what I was looking for and the wax burns evenly. Very happy with this product.

Vapors were almost over whelming to my nose but, scent was okay
