Does the makita djv181z barrel grip jigsaw come with any jigsaw blades, the product description isn't clear.

Yes, mine came with 3 blades if I remember correctly, I have been using the wood blade for the past 2 years.

Can i put the collins foot on this model for doing coping??

Yes, the coping foot fits the makita barrel jigsaw

Can you add this to a metal guide rail? Would you opt for another Makita

The Makita 193517-1 adapter is what D shape jigsaws use to run on the guide rail. The barrel shape one has a very similar base, which is what the adapter connects to, so it should just work.
